Our modern, cozy 3-bedroom Townhouse with two terraces is located in a quiet area of ​​Albufeira, offering panoramic views of the green surroundings of Quinta da Balaia. The space
• Set across two floors, the townhouse offers 3 bedrooms: the first bedroom has 2 single beds, the second has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom.
• An extra sleeping space for the 7th person is available in the living room.
• Two bedrooms are connected by the large terrace with outdoor dining area. The terrace offers views on the shared garden and the swimming pools.
• The living room features a seating area for 7 people, an indoor fireplace, and a dining area. The space features a step free access to the patio, where guests can enjoy morning coffee with garden view.
• The townhouse features Smart TVs 65” with free Netflix, YouTube Premium, Amazon TV, and more
• The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a dishwasher and a coffee machines.
• There are two bathrooms with bathtubs and the one with a shower. Each guest is provided with towels, fresh bed linen, as well as essentials including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer.
• The townhouse is equipped with various amenities, such as the washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, drying racks, cleaning utensils, children books and toys, etc.
• Guests can also enjoy shared swimming pools - the adult one is just by the kids pool. The outdoor shower is available for your convenience.
• The dedicated parking space in the garage is available free of charge.
