Arrived at 3pm (check in time) and was told the room wouldn't be ready for 10-15 minutes. Unloaded luggage and waited in lobby. Room was ready for AN HOUR! Fast forward to 10:05PM and a lady comes into the pool and tells us its closed, I argued that it was supposed to be 11 but began getting out and getting ready to go to the room. She came back in and said it is in fact 11, so myself, my wife and our 11-year-old son got back in the pool. At about 11, Josh comes in and says the pool was supposed to be closed but we could stay. Awesome, thanks! Just the 3 of us, well mannered, being quiet, hanging out as a family. 1130 Josh comes bursting in screaming at us like we were his children! I have probably not been disrespected like that in my 37 years of life. I was livid. We travel very often, ALWAYS stay at a Fairfield. This is a newer property, and we were very excited about the location with plans to stay here many times. Already had 3 other reservations here through March. The Fairfield by Jefferson has always been awesome to us but thanks to Josh, we will never stay at another Fairfield unfortunately.
