This budget motel is located centrally in Albury. Easy walking distance to central business district and shops. Quick and easy check in. Although older, this budget accomodation was safe, clean with comfortable bed.

I have stayed in many places, some budget places but I have never stayed somewhere so dirty, there were stains over the sheets bugs in the bed. I’ve never left a place so quickly! I have tried to find a email to send photos and contact the property directly but cannot seem to find it.

The only good thing about the place was the pool. The room had a bad odour, no tv remote when we asked reception we were basic told looks like the previous people must have taken it and that they’d see what he could do but probably wouldn’t have anything. Would have complained but didn’t think we’d get anywhere the person who checked us in didn’t seem to wanna be there themselves.

We stayed overnight on our way to Sydney. My kids refuse to share a bed so it was nice to find accommodation with bunk beds in the family room. The beds were comfortable and we all had a good nights sleep. The bathroom was huge and the shower pressure and water temp were great. However, the tiles on the shower floor were cracked and water was obviously getting into the sub floor as the tiles just outside the shower were spongy and squelched water up onto the floor when trod on. (We reported to reception but the person on duty didn't seem to care) Was a bit dissappointed that there were no toiletries supplied, only wall-mounted liquid soap over the sink. A wall-mounted body wash in the shower would have been very handy.

the room was clean and hot water in the shower arrived quickly unlike other motel,no wasting water.the mattress was springy and could do with an upgrade.Sam is very helpful and runs a good show.Will probably stay there again but will assk about the mattress......

On arrival at 4pm the reception was no occupied, we later found ot never is, guests having to ring for service each time they needed assistance. Immediately on entry to the room we were disgusted by the condition of the room, the floors obviously not vacuumed, and couch still had crumbs from last guest. The quilt was covered with unidentified stains and on asking for replacement bedding were told to bring the quilt to the laundry where an unfolded blanket was left at the laundry door for us to collect, this was also not the cleanest. The curtins were also soiled. The advertised wifi was non existent and we were told on check in that the motel no longer provided breakfast as advertised. Although close to the venue we were attending the atea was extremely noisey causing a restless night. If there had have been another motel colse that had a vacancy we would have asked for a refund and relocated, unfortunately there was not. Will definitely never return and won't be recommending to anyone.!

Although the room was clean and tidy it didn’t have any coffee or sugar and there was no milk offered either, when we arrived at the motel reception was closed and we had to wait for someone to arrive to check us in! The location was good as it was next door to where we were going for the night but I feel my partner and myself will not book again!

Bathroom door had a patched up hole in it Original TV had to be replaced due to previous guest taking the remote control NewTV supplied approx 15 years old and could not use HD channels Guests in next room screaming till about 12:00am Cigarette smoke from next room seeped into my room Would not stay again

Just hope everything works, because if anything does not, all you will get from the management is a shrug of the shoulders. Multpile traces from previous tennant on arrival not a good sign.

We found the motel clean with (almost) everything we needed (there was no milk, bathroom mat or wifi). It IS dated, and families should note that the top bunk did not have a guard rail, so isn’t suited for many users. There were towels, although they were a little old and thin. The walls are fairly thin, but other users were pretty quiet and it’s clear that the motel are trying to limit noise from others. It certainly appeared to be an older property, so is a little tired and dated. But the beds were comfy, the room was very clean and everything worked. It was fine for one night, but wouldn’t stay for a longer period.

Not worth the amount we were charged. Beds very uncomfortable and bunk bed squeaking. Window was coming off, husband had to fix! Had to ask for new batteries for TV remote and no soap in dispenser in bathroom! Very noisy and didn't feel safe. Wouldn't stay here with a young family

Below basic. Would not return. TV didn’t work because of PowerPoint and neither remote worked even with replaced batteries. Curtains off rail/track and didn’t close properly. Bunk bed sounded like it was about to collapse. Other beds uncomfortable. Noisy. Thin walls between rooms. No toiletries or hair dryer. Shower head collapsed, had to hold up to shower. Dusty bedside tables. Limited power points.

$225 that I'll never get back! No towels in the room (with one soiled hand towel only in the bathroom), a rude night reception attendant that I had to ask twice for said towels, paper thin walls aand tired rooms. I'll definately be looking elsewhere on my next stay in Albury!

Not worth money. No hand towels, bath mat or toiletries. Furniture quite out dated including broken lamp and tv remote which has been taped up. Hotel reception friendly enough but sadly that's about it. Other guests who we travelled with reported to us that their smoke alarm battery was beeping during the night. They too weren't provided with toiletries.

Ivan was friendly Bit maintenance and amenities is deff poor who ever owns it now it has decreased in the service and quality that was provided before thats a shame as i got referred from someone who stayed there previously all the time and wont stay there again

Good location. Bed was clean but major cobwebs above curtain and corner of ceiling with fresh flies in. Carpet not clean near windows. 10 pm curfew not enforced. Room next door had major party til very late.

If you are simply looking for a bed for the evening, within walking distance for an evening meal, this Inn works well. If you are looking to spend more than overnight in Albury, I would look elsewhere.

Clean room but only half the lights worked as their were not globes in the others furniture chair at table broken and dangerous air conditioner only mildly effective in the heat.

The motel was extremely noisy with children running around screaming until 10:00pm. I didn’t notice until the morning that there were no towels, or shampoo. I had a kettle but no cups. Fortunately l had my own. Lacks attention to detail.
