Angenehmes Hotel in der Altstadt
Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service in einem gepflegten Ambiente mitten in der Altstadt von Alcudia. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig, was aber auch an dem Publikum (eher Paar-Urlauber) lag, denn das Gebäude an sich ist eher hellhörig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Historisches Hotel mit Schwächen
Das Hotel besticht durch seine historische Ausstrahlung, den schönen Innenhof und das gute Restaurant. Auch der allgemeine Renovierungsstand ist in Ordnung. Auf der Pro-Seite: - sehr freundlicher und bemühter Service - zentrale Lage - Klimaanlage Auf der Contra-Seite - nachts sehr laut durch Nähe zu Pubs und Bars - Zimmerausstattung zu spartanisch für Preis und Sterne - Frühstück zu einfach für Preis und Sterne - Preisniveau entspricht nicht dem Standard des Hotels (zu teuer) - externer Reinigungservice extrem teuer - Kakerlaken auf dem Zimmer (nachts, vier Stück in fünf Tagen) Fazit: abgesehen von den Kakerlaken geeignet für zwei Übernachtungen, aber nicht für eine Woche oder mehr. In Alcudia gibt es zudem andere Boutiquehotels mit höherem Standard.

Kleines, ruhiges Boutiquehotel in d. Altstadt
Schönes Altstadthotel in der Innenstadt von Alcudia. Wir waren im 2ten Gebäude, wo die Zimmer neu renoviert sind. Hatten sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Falls man Wünsche hat einfach direkt an den Hotelbesitzer schreiben und dieser versucht alles zu ermöglichen. Das Frühstück wird als Buffet serviert und man kann gemütlich im schönen Innenhof sitzen. Öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Von dem Schwimmbad sollte man sich nicht zu viel versprechen, dieses ist sehr klein, wir brauchten aber keins. Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass der Safe gebührenpflichtig ist. Fazit: Jederzeit gerne wieder, auch sehr gut um Ausflüge mit dem Mietwagen zu machen. Kleines, ruhiges Boutiquehotel mit Stil!
