« I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Alexander City property is infested with lady bug in the rooms. There was also no hot water during my weekend stay. My room also had no phone service. Others in my party experience the same issues. I did speak with the front desk which didnât provide any solutions to the issues. They stated they were booked and couldnât offer a different room. This property needs a major renovation. This is the most disappointing Hilton stay! »

« Room needs to work. Under the door was a space that small animals could come in places around the room attention for repairs. People were good done the job they needed to do but the rooms need updated. Iâve stayed with yâall four years now this room was the worst. Iâve stayed in. »

« Love the doggie door and fenced in backyard.Quiet location, we didn't go to the water because we didn't know the intended access point for this rental. It appeared the only access to the water was on someone else property, so we lounged around for a much needed 3 days.Regardless we had fun and cooked A LOT »

« We had fun. We live in a busy tourist area so it was nice to let the kids play on the yard with no concerns. It was peaceful and quiet. No one bothered us at all. »
