When checking in we were not greeted, given a map, told where our room was, pool hours or the restaurants...on top of that they had a problem with the Expedia payment. Eli at the front desk and Ryan at the rafters bar were the only nice and helpful staff members. The property only had one elevator at the check in which made access very limited and inconvenient when traveling with kids and strollers. The breakfast was very overpriced, the French toast sticks were delicious but not for $21 per person. The sweet chili wings at the bar were very good but again expensive. The indoor pool was lacking but ok. We did enjoy walking outside but the access was horrible, we had to lift the stroller up and down stairs just to get to the grounds outside and enjoy the dock. The ice machines were far and few between, the one closest to us was filthy and leaking. We were disappointed that the arcade couldn't be accessed when the water park was closed, the hours were not told to us and we missed out on the waterpaerk for the last day. We would have planned accordingly had we known, the book in the hotel room did not have the hours. Also a safety concern...we went to the water park and realized it was closed however the doors were unlocked and anyone could access the water when no staff were there! The highchair in the restaurant had broken buckles as well, my child fell. We checked out and were not asked how the stay was or if we needed anything, I had to ask for a receipt.
