Génial
Très bel appartement ! Je recommande++++ C'est parfait pour une famille. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. C'est très propre. La terrasse avec vue sur les marais et la mer est splendide. Notre hôte Marta a été adorable, disponible et très arrangeante. En effet elle a trouvé des solutions car nous avons eu un gros retard à l'arrivée (arrivée à minuit au lieu de 16h comme prévu !). Mais nous avons tout de même pu être accueillis. Marta nous a aussi donné plein de conseils de balades. L'emplacement est parfait pour les balades à vélos et la découverte de la région. Merci beaucoup Marta !

A very cosy flat with amazing view
We really enjoyed our stay at Fuseta in this ver nice flat with amazing view, very well equipped, nice swimming pool and close too any place on the east of Algarve. And Marta is always helpful and available if any question. And she is also very kind. The terrace was on the roof top accessible by indoor stairs from the flat with stunning view. The pool is about 11 m length but not heated so quite chill to swim. However I managed to swim my daily 1.5 kms. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much Marta.

Nous avons, passé un excellent séjour !Fuseta fut une belle surprise en tous points de vues, les plages sont agnifiques, les restaurants et produits locaux sont délicieux et la gentillesse des habitants nous ont conquis. L'appartement est bien très bien équipé et propre.On s'est de suite senti comme chez nous.José le voisin est très gentil et Marta et son mari sont réactifs et disponibles. C est certes à 15mns de marche du centre mais cela en vaut le coup car la zone est calme et reposante ! Bref nous y reviendrons c'est sûr

L'appartement très confortable, lumineux, calme nous a permis de passer un bon moment de détente. La terrasse offre une très belle vue. Qu'il est agréable d'en profiter depuis le jacuzzi ! Fuseta possède suffisamment de commerces et de restaurants, même en cette période et est bien situé pour visiter la région . Marta s'est montrée disponible et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Bel appartement bien équipé, bon accueuil de José. La terrasse est un must avec son Jacuzzi et la vue. Le centre ville est accessible en 20 minutes à pied. Marta a bien organisé le taxi.

Une vue imprenable sur les salines - Toutes sortes d'oiseaux Flamant rose - huitriers pie - chardonnerets - goélands etc Un bémol : les chien qui aboient durant des heures la nuit sans apparemment déranger leurs propriétaires. L'assurance véhicule complémentaire Online est dénigrée par le loueur qui profite de votre fatigue pour vous en vendre autre. Lorsque, après réflexion et après avoir relu les clauses de votre contrat à tête reposée vous vous rendez compte que vous êtes fait avoir, Il est trop tard pour faire marche arrière (les préposés à la location sont intraitables). Dommage

Thank you for your review. It was very important for me as it helps me to keep improving my offering. I apologize for answering in English but, as I said before, unfortunately I can’t write in French. If I understood correctly you had two complaints: 1 - A dog barking during the night. That is, obviously, most upsetting. I am very sorry, but had you given me call I would have tried to solve the problem by trying to trace the owner of the dog. As you can imagine we use my apartment in different times of the year and we never had this problem. I am not sure if the dog is from a local owner or from a tourist renting another apartment. I assure you that I will investigate in order to prevent this happening again. 2 – You rented a car online and, on arrival you were almost “forced” to buy an extra insurance despite your rental included insurance. Again I am sorry but please understand that what happened had nothing to do with me. Car rentals are outside of the scope of our agreement and I was not involved in any way in your car rental. I didn’t even know you were intending to rent a car. But again, it should not have happened as these “hard selling” techniques are wrong. I really hope that you come back to enjoy your stay, without the barking dog and with a different car rental company that will honour the online insurance. Best regards

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern ist die Wohnung mehr als ausreichend groß genug gewesen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Vor allem die 2 Bäder entspannen die morgendliche Routine sehr. Der Kontakt mit Marta war auch sehr gut. Zusammengefasst also eine sehr gute Unterkunft!

This apartment is the perfect location in the Algarve Region of Portugal. Easy to take day trips to beautiful locations in the Algarve. Located within easy walking distance of all the features you will want to see in Fuseta. Marta, the owner, is always available and gives excellent advice on grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Very helpful. The apartment has everything that you could need.

Incredible Experience
This was our second visit to the apartment and once again we found everything to be perfect. The rooftop has to be experienced at least once in a lifetime - we loved bringing fresh produce from the local market back and bbqing on it. We also watched the sun rise over the sea and set over the land each day, often from the hot tub. There are two ways to access the roof, which we appreciated for our 5 year old. She also loved the bunk beds. The front balcony is a superb sun trap during the day, and everything indoors more than met our expectations and our needs. We were able to access the beautiful swimming pool with inbuilt waterfall across the road whenever we liked, and it was a very short walk into the fishing village of Fuseta with its many excellent cafes and restaurants. It is a lovely traditional part of Portugal, easy to reach from Faro airport and with easy public transport and taxi access to the rest of the Algarve. Last but certainly not least, I would like to thank Marta our host for making everything so straightforward and easy for us during our stay. From answering questions immediately to offering flexibility with our check out time, Marta’s hospitality was greatly appreciated by the 3 of us, and we can’t wait to come back.

5 sterren om deze accomodatie te beoordelen is eigenlijk veel te weinig! Het apartement is zeer goed gelegen aan de rand van Fuseta. Het is ook het laatste in het complex met 1 balkon op de 2e en 1 dakterras op de 3e verdieping. Op het dakterras is het uitzicht fantastisch, zeker vsnuit de jacuzzi! In het apartement zijn genoeg voorzieningen aanwezig voor je verblijf. Een grote keuken met alles er op en eraan, 2 badkamers. De ontvangst en het contact met de eigenaar verloopt vloten uitstekend. We hadden als het kon graag wat langer hier verbleven. Als we dan misschien 1 minpuntje hebben is dat de trap naar het dakterras. Deze is redelijk steil en smal. Maar dankzij de rest van alles wat er aanwezig was en de netheid van het appartement is dit eigenlijk maar een aandachtspuntje

The apartment is in a great location with unrivalled views, and Fuseta is a lovely area to visit. It is a 15 min walk into town / to the beach, and there is a fabulous tapas restaurant/ bar across the road. I'm sure this was a 5 star apartment a couple of years ago but we felt it is in need of a bit of TLC and maintenance. The facilities are good but a bit run down. We struggled with 4 adults and bunk beds; 2 singles would be much better. Given all of this we would still absolutely return to the apartment but as 2 adults.

What a find!
Returned to Marta's lovely apartment in May this year. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable with lovely views from the panoramic balcony. The season is just beginning, so not too busy. We now know where everything is, so felt very at home. We used the local train to visit Tavira , Olhao and across to Spain. We can't wait to return!

Authentic Fishing village, few tourists-so Great!
We stayed the entire month of February 2023. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The bath towels must be washed with spring flowers because they smelled amazing. Being from a northern US climate, we loved the outdoor spaces-balcony and rooftop. We utilized the hot tub a lot and it was “spa-Like”. Know there are two stair cases to chose from to get to the roof top. We did not know that on our first day and I wish I would have known. The neighbors were super helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our chats with them. We also enjoyed area pets-Vanessa the chocolate lab who loves dog cookies, the beautiful kittens two houses down who love to frolic in the craziest ways and watching the carrier pigeons get their daily exercise! The town itself is everything I hoped it would be! The local grocery stores were small and crowded. The grilled fish restaurants were authentic and so, so yummy! There is a lengthy promenade that goes along the Ria Formosa. It’s nice to see it at different tide levels. Low tide, many people like to clam. We enjoy talking with fishermen and learning about octopus traps. Since we were there in February, we didn’t realize the river taxi and gelataria would be closed. We were able to get out on the water and islands through a tour. Ice cream we bought at the market. Overall, I’m so happy we stayed at this lovely spot. The views were amazing and I loved the quiet. I highly recommend!

Relax with an amazing view!
Marta (and her apartment)….what a gem! From sunrise to sunset, we could not have asked for a better view. Relaxing in the hot tub at night watching the moon come up was also a treat! Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen….our favourite was the juicer so we could have freshly squeezed orange juice every morning….a sunrise with liquid sunshine, nothing better! Easy walk to nature, beach and town for amazing Portuguese seafood/cuisine. Really was a wonderful stay….thanks again!

A great find!
Having mainly visited the western Algarve, we were not sure what to expect in Fuzetta, but having spent a week at Marta's beautiful apartment, we wouldn't want to go any where else! The apartment was just as described with the most beautiful panoramic view. The bed was extremely comfortable ( very important) and Marta couldn't have been more helpful. We loved the fact that Fuzetta didn't feel touristy as many locals still live there. You don't need a car as everything is within walking distance and the train nearby takes you to all the nearby towns. We visited Olhau and Tavira, both worth a visit. Our favourite restaurant was Casa Corvo where we ate the most delicious tuna. Thank you Marta, we really didn't want to leave!

A wonderful property.
The apartment was in a fantastic position with incredible panoramic views. It was very well equipped and nicely furnished. We had a wonderful stay, made even better by Marta’s communication. Her neighbour was there to greet us and they cleaned the apartment mid stay. We had a few issues with our travel but Marta was so helpful and accommodating that it instantly made things so much better. We can’t thank her enough. We will definitely return to this beautiful home.

Perfectly appointed condo, with beautiful view of the Parque Natural da Ria Formosa, and ocean beyond the park. Had everything you needed if you wanted to cook, but close enough to town if you want to eat out. It was just my husband and myself, but it was nice to have two bathrooms. We full enjoyed the Jacuzzi every night. Property manager was immediately responsive, and helpful. If you love seafood check out Casa Corvo in Fuseta, great grilled seafood and accommodating staff (great job Pedro and Antonio!). We hated leaving! Would definitely book here again!

We stayed here for three weeks in November and it was perfect for us. The best equipped kitchen we had so far in any Apartment. Spacey living room, balkony, roof terrace, very nice neighborhood, goid wifi. When you start the day with a good breakfast with such a sunny view included, what else would you want? Highly recommended.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in der Ria Formosa
Wir haben uns in diesem Apartment sofort wohl gefühlt. Es liegt ruhig am Ende der Sackgasse, Parkplätze gab es genügend vor dem Hauseingang. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft voll zu, sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat absolut an nichts gefehlt. Von der großen Dachterrasse hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick, auch vom Whirlpool aus konnten wir entspannt die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Salinen genießen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns bereits vor der Anreise viele Informationen und Tipps für Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zugesandt. Bei Fragen während des Aufenthalts war Marta stets erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können dieses Apartment empfehlen.

Fantastic views of the salt flats and sea. Sun terrace gets plenty of sun and the balcony from the living room/kitchen area was also sunny. We had fantastic sun rises most mornings. The apartment was a good size and well equipped. We walked into town most days which only took about ten minutes.. Fuseta is a typical fishing town with mostly locals and not many tourists which was fine for us.. Marta was very helpful and kept in touch with us. A very relaxing holiday.

This flat is the absolutely perfect place to stay in Fuseta - just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the small town, but close enough to get anywhere without a problem. The view is to die for, the decoration perfect and all the amenities you need for the perfect family holiday. The kitchen is very well equipped, fridge and deep freeze the perfect size for a family of 4/5, and you have everything you need to cook, even if you are a very experienced cook/chef. The patio/veranda with the jacuzzi is lovely with enough space to lounge, eat or just enjoy an evening drink. All TV channels you can imagine - will keep young ones and adults very happy. Marta is very efficient and always available for any doubts. and very helpful with any information you may need about the area and what to do. We have stayed in several of these flats before but Marta's is definately the best, both in location as in general decoration, taste and efficiency. We will definately be back again next year!

Had a fabulous 12 night stay at Marta’s apartment. It certainly lived up to our expectations from the descriptions and all the excellent reviews to date. Fantastic views, spotlessly clean with very comfy beds. Marta was very helpful and always quick to respond. We all adored Fuzeta . Just a short 15 minute walk to fantastic beaches ( Stay on the main beach or a short ferry / water taxi ride to the others )and great places to eat out. A fish lovers paradise. All very reasonably priced. The only down side was that we had to leave.

Property exactly as described. Roof terrace was amazing and really enjoyed the hot tub. Furniture very comfortable on the terrace. Very comfortable bed with good pillows. The air conditioning was very effective. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Hard to adjust the temperature on the jet shower. Kitchen and lounge good. Nice to have beach chairs and umbrella for our use.

Lugar maravilloso en el Algarve
La casa es realmente excepcional!Todo está perfecto, hay mucho espacio, la cocina muy bien equipada. la decoración hecha con mucho amor...pero lo mejor de todo sin duda son las vistas a las salinas y al mar al fondo, sólo mirarlo te infunde mucha paz. El jacuzzi de la azotea es una experiencia irrenunciable, de lo mejor de las vacaciones. A los niños le gustó también mucho la piscina (perdón las piscinas!a las que teníamos derecho a acceder). Fuseta es un lugar encantador, respecto a otros sitios del Algarve no parece que el turismo la haya transformado del todo, conserva un sabor a épocas pasadas. Fuimos por las salinas en bicicletas y nos encantó las experiencia, el lugar es muy especial. La dueña nos envió información muy detallas sobre como llegar y todo fue perfecto El señor Jose que vive en una casa cercana y que nos atendió al llegar y durante nuestra estancia es encantador y nos hizo sentir muy a gusto. Esperamos volver algún día a esta casa y este lugar tan hermoso.

This was our ideal self-catering apartment: it had all the facilities that we needed, combined with a great location and a fantastic view of the water and the Ria Formosa. We'll be back!

Highly recommended!
Wonderful apartment with stunning views of the lagoon and marshes. The balcony is perfect at any time of day due to its south facing aspect and we spent hours reading and watching the world go by. The roof terrace with its hot tub gives the apartment the 'wow factor' - challenge you not to enjoy spending time up there with it's panoramic views. Fuseta itself is 10 - 15 minutes stroll away, you experience the authentic Portugal with friendly locals, great food (especially fish restaurants), plentiful cafes & bars and lovely lagoon beach. Overall, the booking experience is easy with a warm welcome and no fuss check-in by the neighbour who is on hand for help but never intrusive. I would book again without hesitation.
