"The property was very clean and the staff throughout were very warm and very welcoming. The only issue I had was the fact that I have paid for a family room so that my brother who was already in Turkey can stay with me. I was made to pay extra charges, as it was difficult for them to understand that no one would pay for a family room [ with a space for 4 people ] for one person! I ended up being charged twice. The room was large, with a separate small coupe like room with 2 beds, i'd assume for kids, so they are semi separated from parents if needed. Big bathroom with strong shower.
