« The apartment is large with plenty of room for a family. We were attending a concert in State College. I am so glad we pick this apartment. It is beautiful inside and comfortable. The beds were comfortable so we did get well rested. The kitchen is loaded with everything you would need. The area is beautiful and historical. There is nice stores and restaurants. There is a wonderful park 2 blocks away that my dogs really enjoyed. »

« This really worked out well for us. While not dead-center in town, the neighborhood wasn't too far away (20 Uber) and among well-kept properties. Felt very safe. The basement apartment was clean and comfortable and despite being connected to the house was fully private. Megan was great, very communicative and helpful with some gameday tailgate parking tips. »

« We were looking for a place to stay for one night, and this worked out fine. The location was great for getting to IUP. Definitely a bare bones kind of place, no napkins or even paper towels. No shampoos or soaps, and half of the light bulbs did not work. The traffic noise was very loud with the air conditioning units still in the windows. But it was pretty clean and we only needed a place to sleep. »

« Loved the place! Great location & host!The place is super cute and the bed is so comfortable! The two chairs with ottomans in the dinning room were perfect to relax with a hot cup of tea and the word search book left by the host.Perfect weekend with my family to visit IUP's open house for our daughter.Also, you have try Josephine's for the delicious brick oven pizza & Naps for some delicious homemade pasta! Oh and let's not forget Cannella Cafe for breakfast! We will definitely be staying here...
