„Absolutely horrible. We never got our check in information as stated we would, I had to reach out. Once we arrived, the vrbo had not been cleaned from the guests before. Towels, trash, and sheets everywhere, nothing cleaned. We reached out to beach box and they were unable to offer us anywhere else to stay and said the maids would be there in the morning.
