„The property is in a great location to enjoy all of 30A. The communication from the management company was very good and the check in and access was excellent. The condo was decorated in lovely neutrals and provided for all of my basic needs. I couldn’t get the room to cool down but ai also didn’t contact the manager due to my time restrictions. The building itself is a little dated and could use a touch-up. Overall, this property met my needs for my short stay.“

„We had a wonderful five night stay at this property. Cheryl was prompt to answer any questions before arrival and during our time there. The location is AMAZING (within walking distance to everything you could need). The place was very clean and having a washer & dryer for our stay was useful. I loved how this house came with everything needed for a beach day including: wagon, chairs, towel, umbrella and a cooler. Would recommend for a couples getaway.“

„I brought my daughter and her friend to Rosemary for a few days for fall break. It was just the 3 of us and this carriage house was perfect! It is a true 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom. The upstairs loft is a completely walled bedroom, not a loft as many carriages houses are. All the things we needed were provided. We will come back for a stay in the future!“

„My extended family and I had a great stay at "Soul Surfer." We had 10 people including a 9 yo, 12yo, and 16 yo. The location can't be beat. It's a short walk or shuttle ride to the beach. The house does have plenty of beach toys, beach towels, and beach chairs for use and the layout was great for our extended family with a bathroom for every room.
