« Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our group of 6 friends and allowed us each to have our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was awesome and well stocked. Great amenities on the property. We were disappointed by the hot tub being out of commission, but they did adjust pricing for this. Overall, a great home and vacation! »

« We really enjoyed our stay here, the kitchen was well equipped, house was clean, location was great. We were two couples and one single and it was a perfect size. Nice porch out front to relax and easy walk across a very quiet "street" (wouldn't even really call it a street) to the beach. There were people there but not crowded at all. »

« Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) stayed here in July 2025. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, and everyone loved the quick beach walk! The beach was not crowded, although the residents are allowed to drive on the beach in this area. It was quiet and relaxing. Downtown Fernandina Beach is about 20 minutes away with many restaurants and shopping. We all enjoyed our stay! »

Walk was not far and the home still feels like you are in a quiet neighborhood with trees in the back yard.The house had everything we needed. Bedrooms are upstairs, which was good for us, would not be able to bring my mother though. »

« Great week for all of us! The townhome was very clean and had plenty of space for relaxing and just having our family all together. Beach access directly across the street was very convenient. The only issue we had was parking. Very tight area for full size SUVs, but we made it work. »
