« Location is great. Property is not like the pictures. It’s much more dated, with maintenance needed. Third floor (where three beds are located) does not cool, as thermostat is located on bottom floor. As a result, top floor is unbearably hot- and when we arrived, window had been left open on third floor as well. Plumbing fixtures are rusted and worn. Needs a lot of TLC. Definitely a rental property. »

« House was perfect! View amazing! Every morning having coffee on that deck was just what the doctor ordered. The house had everything thing we needed, was clean and was decorated so tastefully. Thanks for the beach chairs being available too! My only suggestion would be that the queen bedroom could use a new mattress or just squeeze a king in there. Other than that would stay again!!! 100% 5 star incredible home!!! Thank you Jenny and Matt! »

« When we arrived at the property, we were greeted by a large overflowing trash can in front of the garage door (near condo front door). Several bags and loose trash were above the container lid, so it did not shut. I contacted the property management company on Saturday a little after 4:00pm. I was asked to send a picture, which I did (attached to this message) and was assured the trash would be cleaned up. We stayed until Wednesday; the trash was never cleaned up.
