« Good location, quiet, short walk to promenade, convenience store nearby, spacious property with a balcony, very clean. Worried initially as there were practically no reviews but it is a genuine company called Holi. Good coms. The shower had a tendency to leak but no biggie. There was a power cut and they door keypad stopped working for an hour, otherwise it would be five stars. We could still get out, but not back in until the power came back on. We would stay again »

« Lovely clean room. Good amenities. Fast WiFi. Comfortable bed. The stairs were hard with though. Not good if you have mobility issues. »

« Our trip had to be cancelled due to a Volcanic Eruption and the property refused to issue a refund »

« Apartment is in good location and clean ,except the hard surface floor,it is very dirty, the bottom of my slippers are black,I had to clean my sleeper twice ,no broom and dust pan in the apartment ,the floor need to be washed .We stayed for 6 nights ,we only got two bath towels and two 20cc shampoo with body wash,I had to ask for extra shampoo and towels. Kitchen only has salt, If you want to cook, you have to buy basic ingredients like oil and pepper. I asked for dish towel for wiping down wet...

« Terrible experience. The apartment was in poor condition, and the entire building was filthy, with pigeon droppings and feathers everywhere — impossible to avoid, even inside the flat. The building itself was under construction, which was never disclosed beforehand. The shower was broken — every time we used it, water leaked heavily and flooded the entire bedroom. Communication with the host was awful: our messages before arrival were ignored, and once we arrived at the address, we were denied...
