« It’s a small room mostly for sleeping the outside patio is a great touch comes with a few chairs couch and tables there’s also grill ,washer, and dryer outside. The lighting at night isn’t very good there’s also an umbrella for shade. Comes with a complete kitchen the fridge is also large. Bathroom is nice and there’s also a large closet next door.
Area is a nice neighborhood and there is plenty of stores and restaurants nearby walking distance. Never had any issue parking in street there was...

« Horrible stains surprisingly discovered on the bedroom mattress when sheets were removed. Appearance of clean and modern condition ruined by chemical stains on kitchen towels and bathroom floor. Outdoor areas had full trash cans with dried yard debris, apparently left a long time. »

« Great house for a large family if going to the theme parks nearby. Our granddaughter wanted to spend her birthday at Knotts Berry Farm and this house was perfect for that. We had 10 of us all together and the house was very spacious and enough bedrooms for everyone. It also had a large backyard for the kids to play in. The neighborhood is nice and safe and there are plenty of restaurants close by. This is definitely a great place to stay with your family. »

« Eh. The property was definitely not exquisite. It was mostly good but these things made it less than ideal: there was always a “gardener” in the backyard each day making it unusable (and we didn’t get any notification that there’d be someone on the property every day), the trundle bed couldn’t be pulled out and there was a crib in the same room making it super tight, water pressure in the showers was real low, the AC didn’t keep the temp consistent and the working fridge was in the living room. »
