New kitchen counters, ratty old cupboards.Very iffy neighborhood, with a very scarey-looking place right next door, a big gate to get in to the apartment, with an electromagnetic lock and bars on the windows, and multiple locks on he front door. They didn’t listen and I wasn’t trying to benefit from it, but there was containers that absorb moisture which is an indicator that there is an issue. I was letting them know what I found. »

"Our stay was perfect! The staff – whether at reception, in the bar and restaurant, at the luggage counter or in housekeeping – were patient and understanding despite the language barrier; they were always smiling and friendly, and we left feeling truly delighted! I’m just deducting one star because the booking stated that breakfast was included, but we had to pay for every breakfast (and there was no mention on the menu of what was included or not). Thanks again to the whole team – it was truly perfect! I’ll definitely be back!"
