« Title: Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained! The check-in process was incredibly easy and straightforward. The townhome had pretty much everything we could possibly need, including an in-unit washer and dryer (though we didn't end up needing to use them). The layout worked perfectly for us, with the bedroom and a full bathroom located upstairs, plus a very convenient half-bath on the first floor. « Communication with Troy was easy and quick. The house was clean and well equipped. (Bed was super comfy.) The entryway code system is the best! No keys or cards to fiddle with. The area is old Alaskan and kinda grubby but once you get inside it’s well appointed and modern. At end of the street so quiet. So many “goods” to outweigh the “bads “ of a non-attractive neighborhood. Thanks, Troy. »

« The pictures were misleading, causing us to choose not to stay at apartment B, even though we paid for it. The photos showed both apartments, along with multiple beds. When my party of 3 showed up at the apartment, we noted that there was only one bed. When I messaged the owner stating that we needed to cancel the reservation before the established check-in time, I received no answer. »

« This is a really cute little house. It was both clean and comfortable and the host was great and responsive to any of my questions. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness is that the pots hang above an unvented stove, so they do need washed before using. It seems pretty unavoidable since it is a small kitchen with limited storage. That being said, the kitchen has most things you would need during your stay, including some oils and spices, paper towels, even some paper...

« Great location. Very comfortable beds, good shower. And walking distance to beautiful parks. A 5 star property except for some minor issues. It’s set up for 4 people but living area only has a small sectional. Kitchen has a bar stool table so it’s not very comfortable for the 4th person to pull up a barstool in the living room. A small chair would be a great addition.And they could update the dishes, glasses and knives - seems like pieces have gone missing and not been replenished »
