Escape to Norris Lake and enjoy a relaxing stay at Waterside Marina! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in a beautiful gated lakefront community with incredible views of Norris Lake and plenty to do without ever leaving the property.

The condo sleeps up to 8 guests, making it a great choice for families, couples, or a lake weekend with friends.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and sleeps 2. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus bunk beds and sleeps 4. The living room also features a pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2.

Inside, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, living room, dining area, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and plenty of room to relax after a day on the lake.

One of our favorite spots is the private balcony overlooking Norris Lake. Grab your morning coffee, sit outside in the evening, and enjoy the views of the Loyston Sea, one of the largest and most beautiful sections of Norris Lake.

As our guest, you'll also have access to Waterside's community amenities, including the clubhouse, swimming pool and hot tub, gas and charcoal grills, pavilion, putt putt golf, children's playground, boat launch, marina and docks. Boat and pontoon rentals are available through the marina, and there's even a dockside restaurant for grabbing a meal without leaving the lake.

Please note that the pool and hot tub are seasonal. If either is important to your stay, please ask us about availability before booking.

BRINGING A BOAT?

You're in a great spot to enjoy Norris Lake. A boat slip is not included with the condo, but overnight slips may be rented directly through Waterside Marina. We recommend reserving your slip early during peak lake season. Boats and trailers cannot be stored in the condo parking area, but designated parking is available through the marina when renting a slip.

The property also has access to a day dock for temporary daytime boat use. Boats may not be left at the day dock overnight.

GREAT EAST TENNESSEE LOCATION

We're approximately 5 miles from Big Ridge State Park and 7 miles from Interstate 75 at Exit 122.

Downtown Knoxville is approximately 30 minutes away, making the condo a fun place to stay for a Tennessee football weekend. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are approximately 45 minutes away, so you can enjoy Norris Lake while still being within driving distance of the Smoky Mountains.

Fall is an especially beautiful time to visit. Enjoy East Tennessee's fall colors, explore Big Ridge State Park, visit the Royal Blue ATV recreation area, spend a day in the Smokies, or simply stay at Waterside and enjoy the lake.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

This property does require stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. There are approximately 20 steps that must be walked up to access the condo and approximately 20 additional interior steps to reach the primary bedroom.

No smoking and no pets are permitted.

For security purposes, the property has an exterior doorbell camera. There are no cameras located inside the condo.
