Free parking is widely available and most homes (including this one) have dedicated parking spaces.



🚶‍♂️ Walkable Access:

Many attractions are within walking distance, especially if you're headed to the Angel Fire Resort base area, local shops, or restaurants nearby.



🚙 Car Recommended:

While you can walk or bike around town, having a car is the best way to explore the surrounding area especially if you're planning to visit:

Taos and Red River (40 min drive)

Eagle Nest Lake (10 min drive)

Scenic trails or ski parking lots



🚌 Shuttle Info:

During ski season, Angel Fire Resort often offers a free shuttle service to and from the slopes. Check with the resort for current schedules and stops.



🛞 Winter Travel Tip:

In snowy months, 4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended. Roads are maintained, but conditions can change quickly.



Other Things to Note:

This home has two fireplaces. Due to local regulations and past wildfires, USE OF FIREPLACES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. The condo association has banned their use to help prevent wildfires and manage rising insurance costs. Attempting to use either fireplace will result in a $500 fine issued to us by the HOA that we will pass to you. We appreciate your understanding in keeping the community safe.



No Air Conditioning

As is common in many mountain homes, this condo does not have air conditioning. Thanks to the cooler mountain climate, fresh air, and natural breezes, the space is typically very comfortable throughout the day and evening.



We encourage you to open the windows and sliding glass doors to enjoy the crisp mountain air and let the breeze flow through the condo. It's one of our favorite parts of staying here, and we hope you'll enjoy it too!
