Beautiful house!! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of. Lots of pool toys, and games. Lots of extra blankets and books. The hot tub is the same temperature as the pool though, so I wouldn't consider it a true hot tub. Regardless we really enjoyed our stay! Just a note for future renters, all bathrooms are equipped with one roll of toilet paper, the kitchen has two dishwasher pods, and two laundry pods, and 1 garbage bag. You will need to purchase your own if you need more that that.

This is a stunning property. Beautiful outside space… the pool, the water, the view are all beautiful. Very nicely furnished; so many places to sit and relax and enjoy. (Eg sunset from the top deck! See dolphins from your lounge chair!) Rooms and en suites are nicely furnished and all very separate . The whole property is very private and peaceful… but you are only a few minutes away from everything you might need. Very well equipped too. A wonderful place for a special family or friends vacation!

The home was incredible, the communication was seamless and easy. Just a few minor things we noticed needed fixing upon arrival which I noted early. We especially loved the options with the three boys, 22,19,9 to use the pool, bags, golf, ping pong etc. we had plenty of room for 6 of us. Wouod rent the property again if the new seller keeps it as VRBO. Great experience and AMI is awesome!

Overall an amazing stay! Would definitely rent this house again as it satisfied all needs. Super friendly service for check in and out and answering questions in a timely manner. The kitchen and bathroom finishes are high end and made well. Really, I feel like the pics don’t do this gem justice. Much nicer in person and I thought the pics were nice online! Dock was substantial for boating and all the things. If boating, this location is a short trip to the bay. We have stayed in other canal houses that did not have these views and took longer to get out to the bay. Eagles nest at the top was a winner…super pretty at night with a breeze. Very clean and fully stocked with linens, beach towels, beach chairs, tons of bikes, sand toys and fishing poles. You won’t be disappointed.

Relaxing and Lovely

We have been to AMI but never in May and it was wonderful. Dragon Fly Harbor was an amazing space--the colors, the decor, the vibe! The house was super clean, well maintained and felt like home. The location was great. While it was a golf cart ride to the gulf beaches, it was well worth the peacefulness of the surroundings. The house was well stocked with everything--games, books, beach gear, fishing rods, floats, beach wagon. The kitchen was amazing and also well stocked. The game room was fantastic as was the pool. Roof deck and pool deck had great spaces to just chill out. Fishing off the dock was amazing, my son was thrilled, and launching the kayak was easy. We saw two manatees swim by and one very large fish. I am happy to see AMI recovering. Everything was opened except for the city pier which we knew about already. This is one of our most favorite places. We had one small issue with the potty and the management crew had it fixed in under an hour---super quick and super friendly. This was our first time at Dragon Fly Harbor and with Anna Maria Life---we were impressed and will return.Thank you for sharing your home! It was an amazing week.

We had a fantastic time and those at Anna Maria Vacations were so helpful. The property is so special and we immediately felt like we were home. The house was lovely and clean and it had everything there that you needed the location was fantastic. Sadly the only problem we had was that there was building going on next door and the house next to that.

Simply Fabulous

Our party of 7 adults (3 couples and 1 individual aged 50-60) enjoyed our time at Dragonfly Harbour! The house is designed perfectly for couples traveling together. The common areas are big and bright and easily accommodated all 7 of us. In addition, each bedroom has its own, very well-appointed bathroom. And while the inside of home is big, beautiful and bright, the pool and deck areas are even better. The pool area gets sun all day (not to worry, the owner has extremely comfortable seating in the shade) and we used it extensively. Finally, Dragonfly Harbour has a great place to dock a boat that made fishing and cruising the waters of AMI a breeze. One of the couples traveling with us brought their 28-foot center console and the docking was so easy. I can't say enough about this property. It was more than we could have hoped for! We love AMI and are super thankful to the management company and owner of Dragonfly Harbour for another wonderful week of fun and sun!

The Dragonfly Harbour house is an absolute gem! It had everything we needed and then some. It was super clean and the furnishings were tasteful and ultra comfortable. This was our first time to AMI and we loved it! We rented an 8 passenger golf cart and a deck boat, which enabled us to spend half our days island hopping by boat and half on the beach or cruising around the island. We didn’t get in our car for the entire trip. We will be back and would love to stay in this home again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great property for our five year old with books, games, puzzles and other kid friendly features! Pool and hot tub were great; offering loungers, flippers and a great out door shower! Rooftop was enjoyable to use! We were very pleased with the amenities and location!

PHENOMENAL PROPERTY!!!

We LOVED this house! We rented a boat from Just4Fun for the week, and it was so fun boating to Passage Key, Egmont Key, and Jewfish Key. The house is so conveniently located, the kids took out the free bikes from the house to go shopping off Pine and hit the beach. The pool at the house is designed perfectly and includes amazing floats. We played cornhole that was also included with the house. There’s even a small putting green and a rooftop viewing deck that isn’t shown in the pictures! The a/c is confusing, but AMI Locals sent someone out right away to fix it, then followed up to make sure everything was working properly. AMI is such an amazing place. We can’t wait to visit again, and would happily rent Dragonfly Harbour again if possible! :)

Great Property

The property was well maintained. The outside entertainment area was very nice. Dock was set up nice for the boat. My only complaint is that the property smelled like it had been closed up without the A/C on. This is odd because it was supposedly occupied before we arrived.

Great Place!

Very beautiful property in a great location. We saw dolphins and manatees in the canal which was really cool. We rented kayaks and they were easy to launch there and great place to paddle out of. Pool was nice and warm, took us sometime to figure out how to get the hot tub hot but eventually we got it. House is well laid out and was spacious for 6 adults, could easily fit another couple or a few kids too. Kitchen was well equipped, there were beach towels, chairs and pool floaties to use as well. House was very clean but I have an eye for details and the walls and baseboards could use some cleaning and some windows needed washing. Decks were nice but are ready for some maintenance- boards are starting to crack, stain is worn off and there are some screws popping out on the stairs to the pool. Very minor issues and only noting them for the management to be aware of. No complaints staying here would definitely come back!

Paradise!

This property was above our expectations. The location is perfect and the house is a dream. The pool is beautiful and all kitchen and beach supplies at your fingertips. Additionally, the rooms and bathrooms spacious. I highly recommend this property and I can only hope if there are any times it is not rented that the owner contacts me!!!

Dragonfly Harbor - beautiful home in a great location

Overall, our experience was good. Beautiful home, great location. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook at home most nights. Brought our boat and docking space and trailer parking were more than ample. Our biggest complaint and reason for not giving five stars is the master suite had AC / cooling problems all week. It never got below 78 degrees in the master. I called and emailed the property managers the first few days and they sent repair men out but the problem was never solved so we slept in a very hot room all week. The AC in the rest of the house was fine.
