Water enthusiasts will delight in the array of activities on offer, including kayak and paddleboard rentals and guided tours and you can relax on your own private dock for fishing and/or boating.

EXTERIOR
The living room opens to a balcony with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or out-door dining. There is plenty of seating and loungers by the pool. Other features include a patio out-back with plenty of seating, shower and gas grill. There are plenty of beach amenities, including a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler.

Minimum stay: 3 nights and Maximum occupancy: 6 people

Optional pool heat up to 86º F is available from October to April at $150/week.Pool equipment is locked for safety and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.
