PARKING: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

*Note that the right-side garage is owner-use only and is not available for parking. The left-side garage is available for golf cart parking if needed.

DOCK/BOATS: Boats are NOT permitted due to limited space. Kayaks, paddleboards, and other self-powered sea craft can use the dock.

**Please note that the boat lift and any motorized watercraft are not available for guest use**

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
