Hôtel Anthem à Merrill Ranch, Florence

« Wifi is not available - Swimming pool not available - Hotel very old and noisy. Room clean but very very old. »

« Environment and how clean everything was »

« Very nice place in a great location. Close to everything. Limited room service. Never once seen a maid in our 3 days there. »

« The staff is racist, they discriminate against black people and talk down to you. Only nice staff was the breakfast attendant Gina. They lie on you and charge you for things you didn't even use and will argue with you after you try to defend yourself from false allegations. I would never ever stay here again. This was my 3rd stay, management must have changed from last year because its complete garbage now. »

« It was new »

« Had to book last minute when our VRBO fell through. Great front desk staff. Room was clean. »

« Sauberes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück »

« Bon rapport Qualité-prix, belles chambres spacieuses, propres et confortables. grande salle de bains, Bon Petit-déjeuner. »

« Staff is very helpful and on time with all of my concerns. Highly recommended. »

« Très belle endroit, chambre avec tout incluant cuisinette »

« Clean facilities, very pleasant host »

« Great place to stay!! Pool was amazing »

« The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests. »
