« I was so disappointed by the amount charged on top of our room charge….75$ USD + tax for 1 dog…..Never saw this charge that high….If I had known I would have not reserved there as I always paid 25$ USD plus tax. I would really appreciate if the hotel would be willing to accept to reimburse me at least for the half of the 75$ which is more than 25? I »

« The staff at this location is what made it so wonderful especially the Tuesday morning staff. I almost missed breakfast coming down about 10 minutes to 9 and she made sure I didn’t feel rushed. The woman at the front desk was so pleasant to chat with and the tip on the strawberry cream cheese made my day. You have great staff, do whatever you need to retain them. I will be back next time as we come to this area 3x a year. »
