« our stay for 2-4th was very relaxing and pleasant we had such great accommodations i’d say the best! even having to change our stay was very easy id recommend you’d stay here!! »

« Very friendly host! Space was all we needed. Super duper clean. »

« The property was ideal for our purposes. The bedrooms were ideal (the master bedroom is HUGE!), the kitchen had everything we needed, and the porch/backyard were comfortable. The bluetooth speakers in the ceiling are a nice touch :)There was an issue with the pool during our stay, but the situation was addressed promptly by the property representatives. The owner has a management company responsible for the rental, which means they have a dedicated line for answering concerns. Ultimately, we had...

« Lovely home, incredible kitchen, great pool area. All beds were cozy as well. »

« Everything went smoothly on our 1 night stayEnjoyed the pool very much.Nice quiet neighborhood.Very quick communication with our host. »

« It was a great stay. We had a little hiccup because the refrigerator died but the host quickly responded and replaced it. »

« Property was close to everything we wanted to do. We had no issues. The home is in a working class Neighborhood. It was quiet. Beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the sofa. It is very lumpy and uncomfortable. We spent very little time at the house so it all worked out. »

« Property was clean and decorated nicely. »

« Very clean room and quiet neighborhood, perfect for morning walks. Publix, CVS, Einstein Bagels is a very short distance away. Recommend Great Southern Box for Mexican, Cuban, pizza and burgers. This is perfect for solo travelers or couples who just want a place to sleep and shower while they’re out exploring the city. »

« The house is even nicer in person. Looks like a remodeled home that’s professionally decorated. Impeccably clean and organized. Very large backyard. Nice safe area. If you’re looking for something in that area, it’s a gem and my first choice. »

« Property was not safe. The deck was not safe, a lot of the boards were rotted and my foot went through. The shower was not safe due to the unlevel floors, making it slippery. All inside the place the floors were not even, waving up and down. Definite foundation work is needed. The building is not up to code. Ceilings are not high enough. Electrical is not up to current code. Hard to imagine the place has a certificate of habitation. This feels like a large shed, transformed into a place to stay...

« Super 2 bed 2 bath property walking distance to Winter Garden downtown area. »

« I would definitely recommend staying here the owner was super sweet and if you’re worried about the animals they’re not intrusive at all and they’re very cool to be around. She even let us get eggs from the chickens »

« Beautiful and immaculate private room. »

« Donna was great! Its a cute little space with a shared yard thats pet friendly (for 1 pet). We loved bringing our fur baby with us and appreciated Donna's communication and kindness. »

« The house was beautifully decorated, immaculate and very peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was wonderful. We especially enjoyed coffee in the morning out on the screened in patio. Ashton, the host was extremely accommodating and sweet-she even left us a "Happy 4th of July" cake! The house was perfectly located as well. It was only a few minute walk to beautiful, charming downtown Mount Dora which was full of great boutiques, antique/vintage stores and amazing...

« The interior of the house is nice, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. However the description of the outside, front and backyard needs to be more accurate, it’s not inviting, no curve appeal. The location is on a main street a 20-30min walk to the downtown attractions however is a 5-10 minute drive with ample available parking. Communication with staff was friendly and responsive. »

« Very clean and very comfortable. »

« Excellent stay in this large, lovely home! My husband and I, our son and his family came together to Eustis for our grandson’s wedding. Everything we needed—kitchen tools, comfortable beds, even a pool and hot tub—was there. We easily communicated with the host and we felt at home. »
