« We have stayed there many times. The breakfast was great. We had a reservation for the luxury room and was given the standard room. Total surprise to us that we did not get what we reserved. We were so tired that we didn’t go back down to talk to them. Tried to talk to them in the morning but no one was at the front desk. If they would have just told us that there they were overbooked, we would have understood. We will be back. It is a great hotel. »

Why would they then give the room to another guest without taking care of the problem? Second room was worn…with cracked bathroom sink. Housekeeping failed to tidy the room - I had to change out my own towels. Very disappointing experience for the price point. »

« Very clean and tidy rooms, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Also, provided additional blankets under the beds. Nice large screen TV that my family and I used to see a couple movies and for me to watch NFL playoffs. Although not used since it was winter time, we would have used the firepit and grill! Easy to get inside and felt secure using the provided access code. Good communication from the host. Loved the bear wood carving! Very well priced too. Recommended. »

« We only stayed for one night went to the Steeler game ! Go Steelers ! Beat the Bengals by the way ! lol the location was great close to stadium. We walked afterwards. There was a couple of good bars in the neighborhood to watch the rest of the games and all it is a perfect spot specially if you're in for a game, I would highly recommend it to any of my friends or family »
