« Lots of difficulties accessing the apartment and poor ability to communicate with host. They use Vikey for entry but cell/internet service is poor or nonexistent. No answer or call back from the two phone numbers listed for contact. All communication was through Vrbo messages. But with poor service, they weren’t received immediately. « It was a lovely stay at the Cereate Suites. Nicely located in a quiet neighborhood, it is only a 10 minute walk to the San Giovanni subway station. Nice cafe and supermarket nearby. The apartment is nicely decorated and has the best shower amongst the hotels I have stayed in Italy so far. More importantly it has a washer dryer which suits our needs.
