« Friends, my fam of 4 ( M&D & twin 17yos) fit in here tight but fine. As always with a Beachcomber house, service, attentiveness and communication were over and above fabulous. Location perfect for walks. One block from the beach. A wonderful spot. Recommend! Simple- just what you need. »

« It was very clean, in a quite neighborhood. Having a fenced area for dogs was great! Bathroom was a little tight but all and all it was a good stay! »

« My family thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home! The hot tub and spectacular view provided a much needed respite after a long day of hiking and driving. The house is very clean, well appointed, and has everything you need for a wonderful stay! The games and movies were also a big hit. »

« The house has everything you need for a great stay in Rockaway Beach! The house was clean and well stocked. Gary was communicative when issues arose and everything was clearly organized and labeled in the house. Location is perfect for access to anything in town or up and down the coast. There is a slant to the floors on the south side of the house, but the bed has been leveled and was comfortable. We would definitely stay again. »

« While technically not in Nehalem, this property is everything else the listing says it is. It was so nice to be out of town and away from the drove of tourist traffic. The house is clean, well-decorated, and the furniture was comfy. Communication was quick, clear and friendly. Our dog loved being able to roam, as well. We would recommend this spot to anyone who wants a quiet, secluded vacation. »
