Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. Lighting could be a little better in the bathroom but the weather was hot...
"Loved our stay at Fattoria degli Usignoli. It was clean, the pools were great. Perfect for a small holiday of relaxation in Tuscany. Of course, you need a car to get around. The only downside is not about the hotel itself, but more about the neighborhood around : there isnât so much to do around. So you will need a car to go around Tuscany and need to drive minimum an hour and a half to visit the nicest villages of Tuscany. Other than that, everything was PERFECT! "
