„I spent Thanksgiving week at the ranch and it was perfect! I sat at the kitchen window each morning sipping my coffee and watching the animals. The sunrise and sunsets each day were breathtaking. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty big! Joe is a gracious host and excellent communicator. Oh! Go eat at The Peachtree Cafe! Wowser!! “

„We arrived very late due to a plane delay. It was very hard to find in the dark. The floors are very cold, due to no basement. We ran out of paper towels, paper plates & trash bags. The dishes that we pulled out of the cupboards were dirty. We left a day early due to the big snowstorm arriving the next day. Host didn't seem very friendly & never came to greet us.“

„Our experience in Kingman was EXCELLENT! The host family was so nice and all the animals were great. The goats had treats to feed them and the horses were beautiful.The location is perfect for site seeing in all directions. Oatman is always fun and the west rim Grand Canyon is super cool. The Hualapai Mountains are beautiful if you go to the Hualapai Mountain lodge the food and people are great. I would recommend this family friendly place to anyone looking for a great place to stay. “

Hosts were the nicest, most accommodating couple... felt like we were visiting family.We had a very late arrival due to some travel logistics and were warmly greeted at a very late hour, making sure we had everything we needed.Great location, just far enough away from everything but an hour away from very cool hiking trails and historic locations.“

Roomy kitchen perfect for cooking for a large family. Country feel with an off the beaten path location a just couple of miles and short drive from town.“

„We had a great time at the Donkey House! This home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything you need. We felt very comfortable there. The location is great, the neighborhood beautiful, quiet and close to the cozy towns of Cave Creek and Carefree. The hosts, Karla and Rod, have been wonderful and it was a pleasure to meet them.
