The condo was as described — modern and new. It was close to downtown and lots of great restaurants. As other reviewers have mentioned, it’s across the street from a transit station so there were lots of colorful characters hanging out, including homeless people sleeping in the parking lot next to the building. The building is very secure, so there was no sense of being unsafe in the condo. But had I rented it for a girlfriends weekend , I might not have felt safe outside. Additionally, we had to purchase soap and facial tissue, as none was provided, along with a sharp knife since there was none in the kitchen. We had a bit of rain during our stay, and during the time of COVID, there were limited inside activities we could do, so we ended up spending more time in the condo then we would have liked. So it would have been nice to have HBO or a more broad television selection. But overall, it’s a great place to stay.
