Everything about our one night stay was perfect except for the bed and pillows. Neither of us slept for the one night we were there due to the lack of comfort. Not only the bed, but there were 2 smoke alarms on the ceiling with blinking lights. You would need an eye mask to not notice them all night. Other than those details, the staff was lovely and the location doesn't get better.

Hallways had a funky smell and my girlfriend had the buffet out last morning there and had a very small tac nail in her eggs we didn’t want to cause an issue just to let the manager know said he would take care of our room service bill again wasn’t looking for a freebie bust since he offered I was happy about that and then when I checked out nothing was taken care of still had all my charges on room service.

Good but....
The hotel is clean and overall service was OK. Little things were challenging. When checking in, I gave the front desk my credit card and they immediately came back and said it was declined. I told her I am sure there is not a problem and she said I was probably right because she has had other problems with the machine. She ran the card again it was good. We checked our luggage because we arrived early and then we requested it to be brought to the room - it took an hour and three calls. None of these were big issues but at a W would not expect this.
