Hôtel très bien placé, pour se balader dans les petites rues et aller visiter les incontournables. Personnel très gentils. Le seul « soucis » est l’isolation de la fenêtre pour les bruits extérieurs. Niveau insonorisation des chambres c’est parfait nous n’avons entendu aucun de nos voisins.

Vue exceptionnelle du restaurant sur l'Acropole, personnel professionnel mais pas vraiment accueillant. Pour le reste, la décoration de l'hôtel est vieillotte, les installations sous-dimensionnées (notamment la salle de sport) et le petit déjeuner sans intérêt (à part la vue).

Très bel etablissement
Super séjour à Athènes. Personnel et notamment voiturier très accueillant. Très belle piscine et roof top. Un peu désorganisé au niveau du petit déjeuner. Dommage que l’on ne se sente pas à l’aise voir de trop à la piscine avec un enfant de 3 ans, car les clients occupent l’ensemble des transats et chaises pour bronzer et que les parents avec jeune enfant soient dévisagés.

Établissement qui aurait besoin d être rénové mais confortable et propre. Personnel très serviable et agréable dans tous les services sauf à la réception: accueil très insuffisant vu la catégorie de l hôtel, impossible d’avoir des indications d’accès aux principaux lieux à visiter. La seule chose proposée est de prendre un taxi ou un hop and hof tour ( commission concierge). Dommage car la petite piscine et la vue sur l acropole du roof top sont très sympas

Magnifique séjour au Métropolis
Le séjour s’est super bien déroulé, tout le personnel était au petit soin, le petit-déjeuné acec vue magnifique sur Athènes et particulièrement sur l’Acropole était au top, du choix et le personnel s’est adapté aux mesures covid, la chambre super propre avec une vue partielle (limitée) sur l’acropole, la piscine sur le toit un peu petit mais super belle avec vue également. Bien localisé, toutes les visites peuvent se faire a pied, magasins et restaurants à proximité directe, 10/10 l’hôtel, je recommande !

positif: L'établissement est très bien situé,pour visiter les points les plus connus d’Athènes, Plaka, les petits marchés et la rue parallèle pour le shopping. De nombreux restaurants aux alentours. Pour la vue sur l'Acropole au petit déjeuner ( attention selon quel côté !) et la piscine extérieure ouverte mi-mai Les moins: -Pas un Hôtel 5 étoiles, plutôt un 3 ou 4 pas plus, ni le service, ni l'établissement, SPA ne valent un 5 étoiles. Attention : Selon l'étage pas de vue du tout, uniquement sur les immeubles très proches. ( Uniquement les derniers étages 8-9 ème étage ont une vue, selon quel côté aussi.) Attention: Si votre chambre donne sur la pièce du STAFF ménage, bruit assuré au petit matin.

L'hôtel est excellent , magnifique, emplacement Top, vraiment à recommander . Le seul souci ou soit disant une faute de la part de l'hôtel c'est que dans la chambre , ils vous offre du cafe du thé et un bouille eau pour préparer tous ça. Alors à votre départ vous payez tout l'eau que vous avez utlisé chose qui ne se fait dans aucun établissement de telle catégorie.

Although our questions and requests were fairly pedestrian and made us sound a little helpless, the staff cheerfully helped without condecension. This goes a long way to making the hotel friendly and comfortable. (It also helped that the facility was excellent: clean, convenient, quiet and well-maintained. )

The Electra Metropolis Hotel was nothing but superb. From the check in, hotel room & amazing food located at the rooftop restaurant. The service at the restaurant was amazing! We will definitely go back..

This property was amazing!! The roof top provided an amazing view of the Acropolis. The front desk staff was outstanding! Excellent customer service. Peter the assistant manager was very helpful and accommodating! We will visit again when in Greece!!
