Great Little Spot in Athens

Second time staying at this property to attend a UGA football game. It's quaint, cozy, clean, and perfectly located near campus and the Five Points area of Athens. Exactly what we need to enjoy a football weekend. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Cozy Cottage Stay

Thank you for a positive VRBO stay. Everything was as described in the listing. The bottled water and wine were a thoughtful addition. Noteworthy: we used the washer and dryer. However, the lint filter had not been cleaned (ever). It was a fire hazard, and was overly filled with lint etc, which explained why the dryer was not efficient. I cleaned it out. Other than that, the stay was exceptional! It’s a beautiful cottage, and the birds chirping in the morning, made for the perfect wake up call.

Graduation visit

We came down for the high school graduation of a family friend. The cottage was absolutely perfect! It was adorable and clean and very comfortable! We couldn't have asked for more. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Even the directions for the TV were very helpful. The backyard of the property was beautiful, plants and bushes everywhere! Amazing time in Athens

My husband and I traveled to Athens to visit UGA with our daughter. She spent the weekend with a friend and we stayed in the cottage. It was adorable, clean and quaint. Beautiful casita in backyard with its own little yard . It was close to UGA and I did do a fair amount of walking in the neighborhood and felt safe at all times. Bedroom and living room are on separate climate control remotes which works for me and my husband. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a cozy cottage in a garden setting behind the main property. It is perfectly located next to campus and within walking distance of many restaurants in the 5 points area. I walked everywhere and enjoyed several lunches in the backyard garden. Communication with the owner and manager are excellent and accommodating. Lovely stay.

Perfect Location

My husband and I were in Athens to visit our son and attend a UGA football game. This cottage was perfect for our needs! My best friend and I watched cotton candy sunsets, birds and chipmunks playing. We even had the opportunity to see a raccoon scurry across the yard. We went on 5 mile walks and enjoyed the beauty of the neighborhood and the trees. This was so pleasing, as we were here for school and after class this was just what we needed to slow our minds. A lot of laughs and meals were shared in this tiny and cozy home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate you so much for sharing a tiny piece of your home.

Secluded yet Close

Located where 5 Points and the campus meet, you couldn't be much closer to South Campus. The space is pleasantly simple, but well-outfitted. Located on a terrace behind the main house, it's quiet and serene. I'm not sure this is always the case, but the main house was unoccupied during my 3-night stay, which made it feel even more secluded. I recommend taking a walk on the Greenway accessed behind the music school

Perfect for UGA football weekend

We loved staying at this cute little cottage. It was walking distance to Sanford stadium to cheer on the Dawgs to victory. Many nice included amenities that we weren’t expecting was a wonderful surprise. We will certainly love to stay here again the next time we are in Athens.

Awesome little cottage

The place was clean, quiet and had everything I needed for my trip to the area. Parking was great. I highly recommend for an individual or couple who would prefer the comfort of a house over a hotel, but only need one bedroom. Thanks for a great stay.
