« House was perfect for our short weekend. Our family of four was in town for a wedding and the house suited our needs. The owner was quick to answer questions that we had. »

« Great place in a great area. The house is so cute and had everything we needed. Tons of places to eat and shop. Cayce was a fantastic host, checking on us regularly. »

« This place was great for us. It was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Easy to find and close to everything we needed on our trip. Walmart is just a short ride away. Communication with the host was smooth. Thanks for a great place! »

« We have never stayed in a condo, rental, VRBO, or personal owner unit that was so well organized, stocked, cleaned and “set-up” for visitors. The communication with the owners before, during and afterward was extra special for us. Truly blessed to have chosen this rental for our getaway! The Rogers »

« Nice place to stay and relax for a few days while my daughter was at camp. My son loved the activities nearby at Fairfield Glade. Had a couple of maintenance/housekeeping issues at check-in that the hosts quickly resolved. This was my first and last experience with VRBO. From police sirens and lights in the neighborhood all during the night and tenant's extremely loud throughout the night I highly do not recommend this unit for a family stay. Thank...

« The property was very clean and comfortable. It was close to where we were doing things. Host was good to communicate with us. The only difficulty we had was with parking, but the host was good to offer alternatives. I would be willing to rent from this host again. »

« Beautiful and very comfortable condo in a very convenient location. Parking was easy, closets are huge, and we loved the swivel rockers on the balcony. You can’t go wrong with this vrbo. »

« Great location to everything in downtown Knoxville for restaurants and exploring the city! Well stocked unit as well. Highly recommended for a family of 5 or 6. »

« Nice property right in the heart of Blue Ridge. Step out the door and everything is right in front of you. We really enjoyed our stay and the property had everything we needed! »

« Loved the place will go back »

« Well appointed and comfortable. »

« Enjoyed our stay. Disappointed that the pool was closed. »
