Wonderful location and fabulous views

This is a nice urban 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom apartment directly across the street from Lenox Square and within a short walk of many restaurants and other shopping. Best features: This apartment is almost on the top floor and the views are stunning. The gym and pool facility in the building are wonderful. The location and parking are great. The beds were comfortable. We had enough towels. The washer and dryer are very nice. The host was very responsive and helpful. Important notes: I would not recommend trying to cook full meals in the kitchen. It's just not set up for that in my opinion. Only having one key can be challenging if you have people heading off in different directions. The key is needed for the elevator and door. We made it work, but having more than one key would have been better. I gave 4 of 5 stars for cleanliness because the place could use a fresh coat of paint, more coat hangers, and better end tables and lamps.

Honestly… the view was incredible and all the windows was incredible. But the furniture was kinda dirty. The couch might be the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat on. And the tv was discolored. I guess I had high expectations because the place was pretty expensive. Also… I went to take a shower and there was no soap or shampoo… then this morning I went to make coffee and there was no coffee like it said there would be. So all in all… the view was incredible but outside of that… I was disappointed

I almost never leave a review but this stay was far more than my expectations. Let’s start with the host Julius, absolutely amazing. From the check in process through length of stay, he made my entire trip a smooth one. Very prompt and thorough with everything! The view is BREATHTAKING! My family were very pleased with this booking & would definitely book again.. In summary, my stay was PERFECT!!!

EXCELLENT Penthouse!

This 3br penthouse was large, modern, chic, and has OUTSTANDING views from multiple rooms. Host and neighborhood were perfect and the penthouse itself was too! 5 stars all around!

Stunk so Abandoned after two hours!

The apartment smelled so bad we were nauseous with head spins within minutes. Tried to take a nap before the rest of the family arrived. The beds smelled so much like smoke we couldn’t stand it. The couch is small, dirty and in need of repairs. The stools at the bar are dirty and ripped. The beds have only sheets and bare comforter with no cover. When we parked in the assigned garage and were checking in, our car was booted. I paid for two days parking 40 then 75 to get the boot off. The Host called us saying VRBO was accusing us of planning a Big party with a warning. Our family was in to see my ailing 93 yr old father/grandfather in a home. Absolutely no reason for such an insulting accusation against our family. We abandoned the rental after two hours and before our family even arrived. It was just horrible!

The location and views were gorgeous. I would stay there again. Check-in and parking are very easy. Host is very nice and communicative. Had everything we needed.

Disappointing

Starting with the check in time being delayed two hours over what was promised, the experience with the property was not great. The condo was in a great location with great views of the city and surrounding area, but we walked in to wet towels in the dryer (all we had so we had to dry them) as well as wet bedding in the washer. There was no soap of any kind or shampoo, and no paper towels so we had to use toilet paper to wipe off sinks. Very poorly stocked kitchen with moldy cups in the cupboard. Someone's socks were left out on the balcony and wet towels were left under the sink. The place has potential but the host has work to do to get it up to snuff with this price point

Views on VIEWS

This is a great convenient spot to stay if you want to explore and enjoy great shopping/food. This penthouse had a beautiful view of Stone mountain to the left and Atlanta to the right and Lenox mall across the street. It was perfect for our get away girls night. It was clean and the hosts were responsive and helpful. Would stay here again.

Wedding stay

When we arrived at the property there were dirty dishes in the sink and the dishwasher had not been run. When we used the sink, there was a rusted bottle cap stuck in the garbage disposal blades that we had to dig out to get the garbage disposal to run so the water would drain in the sink. There also was no water or ice connected in the refrigerator. We talked to Julius and he said that he had to rush the cleaners out because we had arrived. We actually arrived 2 hours past the check in time. They did fix the refrigerator so we had ice the 2nd day. The place was not adequately stocked with towels, dishes, glasses, cookware for a 3 bedroom luxury condo. Julius was very nice and responsive, but I don't feel the property lived up to an upscale luxury penthouse for the price. It is located in a nice neighborhood and everyone at the reception desk was very welcoming.

Nice stay in Lenox area.

The penthouse apartment had wonderful views of Atlanta and Stone Mountain. It was very close to Lenox Mall and Phillips Plaza as well as great restaurants. Julius was a great host and it was very easy to communicate with him.
