The backyard is partially fenced in, it provides a small deck with outdoor furniture, perfect for morning coffee or just taking in some fresh evening air. Hypoallergenic pets weighing 20 lbs or less are welcome with prior approval. Please submit an inquiry if you have a small pet. There is an extra living room that has a TV with streaming capabilities through Apple TV, small game console, and Bluetooth sound bar for your listening pleasure.
