Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or hang out on the massive wrap around front porch. Soak up the sun on the tanning deck off the master bedroom with stunning views of the ocean.

As you approach the home you`ll enter via the the expansive front porch. The porch wraps around the front of the home and is a great spot to kick back with a book, or have a cocktail before dinner. After entering the home, a lounge area will be on your left, and the living room, sofa, and TV on your right. Continuing ahead is the dining room, a large room great for entertaining or sitting down to a family dinner. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to entertain and make your favorite meals. Also on the first floor is half bathroom and a washing and drying machine. The second floor features 3 bedroom with: one is the master which has a king bed, and the other two have one full and one queen. The master is a very large room, the best part being a walk out deck with a stunning and direct view of the Atlantic Ocean. This deck has outdoor furniture allowing for many to enjoy the space. Moving up the 3rd floor you`ll find 4 additional bedrooms with: one king, two twins, and one full, and one queen.

The best part of this property`s location is its proximity to the beach. The beach is right across the street! The home has a direct view of the beach and ocean from the 2nd floor deck. There are many nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment options for you and your guests to choose from. Many of which are in walking distance. Overall the home is in a great neighborhood, and we have very friendly neighbors.

Other things to note:
This home is professionally managed by Host House LLC, a Jersey shore based vacation rental manager, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, you`re automatically covered for up to $1500 in accidental damage protection.

INTERIOR DOORS: The bedroom and bathroom doors feature original vintage mortise hardware. The doors close normally but do not have functioning lock mechanisms, so they cannot be locked for privacy.

Multi Family Home:
Like many of the homes in this part of Ventnor, this home is considered a `duplex`. There is a ground floor garden apartment below the house which is rented separately from the main house, and is occupied by two year round residents. The entrance to this apartment is in a completely separate area to the main house and none of the properties amenities, parking, or spaces are shared. You will likely not see or interact with the tenants staying in the apartment below.

TV`s:
All of our TVs are smart TVs. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, and Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

Parking:
We have a driveway onsite that can accommodate 3-4 cars, plus we provide visitor parking permits for an additional 2 vehicles.

Steps:
There are steps required to access this home, and the bedrooms on each floor.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
- No cooking with spices that produces excessive or lingering odors is prohibited - $1,000 deep cleaning fee if required.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- Overnight occupancy may not exceed the number of guests listed on the reservation.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
- Do not disable, cover, unplug, remove, or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, exterior security cameras, noise monitoring devices, WiFi equipment, locks, or other safety or security equipment.
- Guests must follow all posted and property-specific parking instructions and are responsible for violations, tickets, or towing resulting from their vehicles.
- Fireworks, firecrackers, and other incendiary devices are prohibited.
-Guests may not enter locked closets, owner storage areas, roofs, mechanical areas, crawlspaces, or other areas designated as restricted.
- Electric vehicles, electric bikes, scooters, or other high-draw equipment may not be charged from the property`s electrical system unless specifically authorized.
-The property must be left in reasonably tidy condition. Extraordinary cleaning required beyond a normal turnover may be charged to the Guest.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Cooking & Kitchen Use: Please avoid cooking methods that produce unusually strong or persistent odors, including heavy frying, extended simmering, or excessive use of aromatic spices, that may remain in the home after checkout. Please use the range hood/ventilation and open windows when appropriate while cooking. If cooking results in lingering odors that require professional deodorizing or additional cleaning, guests may be responsible for the associated remediation costs and, where applicable, losses resulting from the home being temporarily unavailable for subsequent guests.

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company`s secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The primary guest will be required to review and electronically sign our Rental Agreement prior to check in. The Rental Agreement outlines the terms of the stay, House Rules, guest responsibilities, and other important property policies. Completion of the Rental Agreement is required before access to the property will be provided.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
