« This is the first negative review I’ve written on VRBO and we use VRBO quite often. We rented this place during New Years. Our toilet was plugged and we could not get hold of the manager by phone or email. We ended buying a plunger ourselves and unplugged the toilet and left the plunger for future guests. On the day of check in, we did not get the address and access code until almost noon after I repeatedly called and emailed. We had a 6 hour drive and not having an address made it quite...

« This is a cute cabin! Perfect for a getaway. Close to town and the lake. This place was stocked well with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, spices, games, etc. We would definately stay again. »

« This cabin is terrific: clean, nice towels, high quality coffee, new appliances, comfortable beds...all easy and nice. We liked decks on each end of the cabin, too. The host communication was excellent and she gave me local knowledge for my stay. »

« The cabin was the perfect location for exploring Yosemite and surrounding area. It was adorable, clean, spacious yet cozy, and very comfortable. The hosts were immediately responsive to our needs. « This spot was perfect.. it had its own private dock, which was the best part for us.. The hosts provide shampoo and body wash.. In case you forget to bring your own.. They also had some coffee on top of the coffee maker, although we couldn’t figure out how to put water in the coffee maker.. It was the perfect gateway..!! »

« The Sparrow’s Nest was delightful! The perfect place for a family snow getaway. We loved the wood burning stove and the perfectly appointed kitchen. The house was sparking clean and cozy! Jamie was a wonderful host. Can’t wait to visit again! »

« I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The house was very well equipped and well maintained. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of having pet bowls available and a pet cover on the sofa. My dogs enjoyed the view in front of the large sliding doors. The beds were very comfortable too. It felt very private yet we were close to all of the stores and restaurants in Oakhurst. I appreciated Mary's communicative nature - she was informative and highly responsive. I look forward to returning in the not too distant...
