„the host was the rudest person i have ever dealt with. the locks did not work when we got there. after we got in a back door that was unlocked we contacted the host he got mad when i asked him to fix the locks and hung up on me.the house did not have any propane the propane co showed up and filled it but the water heater was not lit. with no help from host we had to find the water heater and light it so no hot water for hours. the house was dirty, there was hair in the shower, dirt on floors no ...
