Perfect location

We were in town for my brother's funeral services. It was an awful time, but the ease of check-in and the property management's communications were very kind and clearly stated. I will look to say again when i return.

Great short vacation in Austin

We came up from SATX and enjoyed our time in Austin. Sheets were clean, beds were comfy. There were plenty of dishes and pots and pans to make us feel right at home cooking. Access was simple and the community was lovely.

Great location

My brother lives less than a mile from this place and it’s easy to stay here and be close to them. Was a little dirty when we got there but nothing we couldn’t live with, maybe just a good sweeping. Had everything we needed. You will probably need the WiFi as i didn’t get service inside until i connected. The parking was tight but easy to get to once you find it! I will Be back, thanks for a great stay! Hopefully will get to use the pool in the summer as well.

Overall a good stay. Great location and communication from the owners. Easy to get to the HEB for groceries and proximity to downtown. They provide all the basics to make a home cooked meal, all new kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. Bed was very comfortable! There were 2 drawbacks. Cosmetically the apt needs a paint job- marks and spackled spots on the walls. They may also want to inspect after their cleaning crew. My first week there, there was remnants of dog hair. The showers were properly cleaned (pink residue on the grout). Although tiled throughout, the floor tile wasn't fully clean and when going to clean up, the black grout turned white. I think if they get some of the cosmetic done and the cleaning crew doing a better job, it would be recommended.

Wonderful property

The property was very clean, convenient to shopping, grocery and the University of Texas. Communication was excellent. We discovered there was a shortage of towels in the unit, we contacted the management and they brought the towels we needed in a very short time after contacting them. One suggestion, have a recycling container in the unit. We didn't realize we could have separated before taking the trash out.

We stayed three nights and it was a great location and we loved the free parking.Host was great and eager to help with anything we needed. Upstairs unit above us was noisy but that’s hard to control. Overall great stay.

Finding the unit was a complete disaster, the directions sent prior to check in were not good… spent 45 minutes walking around looking for it. The smell in this apartment is a mix between a wet dog and urine, especially the master bathroom. The ac unit was so loud in the hallway there was no way to sleep with the doors to the hallway open due to that noise. The apartment is ready for a remodel. Luckily we only had to spend two nights in this dump.

Not bad for the price

The apartment pool is very nice and the set up of the actual apartment was very modern and enjoyable. However the check in process was hard because the host were not very responsive during our arrival time so we didn’t get the code to the place until 40 minutes past our check in time. Once we finally got into the place it smelled like someone had smoked in the living room and the master bathroom had a lurking smell of urine for the entirety of our stay. The dishes they had provided were not clean. The plates had food residue on them and we even saw a baby cockroach running around the food. That being said the apartment is honestly really nice and I’m sure it may have just been a one time thing. Austin is a very fun place to visit and if your looking for place to with 5 others, it’s not a bad option

Very nice and close to everything Austin is known for.

The very nice. The entire apartment was musty when we first arrived. There was mold in the bathrooms around the tub and shower. Clean linen, bed rooms, and kitchen. Bed was comfortable. The pillows were a little thin and flat. Could use a better sanitation of common surfaces like switches and remotes. A first floor apartment, people on second floor are heavy footed and the ceiling is thin, can hear everything, even opening and closing of doors and drawers. Just don't plan on sleeping in after 8.

Great location, close to downtown austin. We were very comfortable and had a lovely stay. Beds were comfy, house was clean, kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Would recommend!

Good property, a lot of large windows with natural light! Only downside is on the ground floor curtains open means minimal privacy. Assigned parking is good but all parking spots are quite narrow for larger vehicles. Well stocked, comfortable beds. Very close to everything you might want or need!

Bad experience but the manager made it right

When we got there the place had not been cleaned at all and it smelled horrible (like wet dog). The previous guest's dirty towels were on the kitchen floor. The beds had not been made from the previous guest; everything was filthy. It took quite a while to contact management. We ended up spending more money on a hotel. Bad experience overall but we did receive a full refund, so there's that. Could have just been a bad day for them.

Not a good experience

I tried contacting the property owner several times upon arrival and they never returned my calls or texts. I received emails that were not labeled as from or relating to VRBO which had important information that I overlooked because of the careless manner in which they were sent. In addition, the apartment smelled horrible. Fortunately we were only there for one night but the place was incredibly uncomfortable. Do not stay here. The only good thing was that the location was decent but we still had to travel by car for several minutes to get to the downtown area.

Convenient location

Four of us stayed for the weekend and overall it was a comfortable home base for our group. The bedding and mattresses were terrific! While a number of updates have been made to the condo, and it has a modern feel, it is an older complex and the bathrooms showed their age. The kitchen was also lacking some essentials that would have made cooking easier. The central location and comfortable beds made it worth the stay.

Winner!

I highly recommend this property. Beautifully appointed. Tastefully decorated. Clean as a whistle. Great location. Easy checkin, checkout. Management is very easy to commit with, though you won’t likely need to. Love that coffee was supplied!! Very thoughtful.
