Pipaw is 70!

The property was so stunning and definitely recommend this home. The only negative was one scorpion on the bottom bedroom with the twin beds which we took care of and it didn’t reign on our parade! It was such a perfect home to celebrate our Pipaw turning 70 and allow us to make many memories together as a family! 10/10 recommend!

Spacious and fun house

The property was beautiful and perfect for a gathering of friends. We spent all day by the large and luxurious pool and hot tub. One bedroom appeared to be the garage that was turned into a room and it wasn’t as nice as the others so the person staying there didn’t have as nice of sleeping accommodations as the rest. Overall a great place that I’d come to again.

My family stayed here for a wedding. It is nice and spacious. Hot tub and pool were nice. If you have people that can’t do stairs it’s not a good house. The separation is nice of rooms but Master is in basement so up and down a lot of stairs and very loud if you have little kids running around above you. The bedroom that I would consider would be for kids that has the two twin beds is in what seems to be what used to be part of the garage maybe and has a door to garage and a door to the outside so I would have not put younger kids in there. It didn’t feel as private, I know it’s listed that the guy could be there in the studio. It’s just isn’t private if you want to go hang out at pool or hot tub and they are there. The pool guy came at 1230 Monday instead of 3 so took the option of swimming out for the whole day. That would have been nice to be informed about. Otherwise it worked out well for our family. Just didn’t feel private.

Great house

The house was awesome. It was very clean (except when we moved the washing machine a tiny bit and it was pretty filthy under there.) The kitchen was stocked with spices and tools needed to cook a meal. The biggest issue we had was the gate code did not work. It took property management a couple hours to get back to us about it. Fortunately, we found a second entrance that was completely open. When property management did get back to us, they didn’t have any answers but just asked us to try the same code again. I messaged the host about the gate and also about the pet policy and they did not get back to us until the next day. It all resolved itself, thankfully, but it could have been an issue if we really needed to get ahold of them. The hot tub was wonderful and easy to work. There were no towel hooks in the master bathroom. The tv in the master bedroom was not signed into any provider and also just kept asking us for a PIN instead of letting us log in using our own information. Even with a few kinks here and there, we really enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful to feel like we were in the middle of nowhere.

Beautiful and peacful

The house and location are perfect for a weekend getaway. Very peaceful with beautiful views and the perfect amenities. The house is a home very welcoming and we never felt the need to leave the premises. We enjoyed every bit of it from the outdoors to the Galaga arcade. Fantastic Girls Weekend

I invited 7 of my girlfriends for weekend and we had such a great stay. Great house, very comfortable, with all the best amenities (pool, hot tub, big functional kitchen). We loved the scenery and the secluded area. Would definitely stay again & recommend to any group!

We were in town for a family wedding at the Arlo which is right around the corner. It turned out that this lovely house became a base camp for visitors. We were able to enjoy family and friends at a poolside retreat. Amazing!

We were able to enjoy the pool because of its many entrances. I loved how effortlessly our groups could transition from pool experiences to indoor activities, and vice versa, with tremendous ease. We had fun and everyone found their way of enjoying this beautiful space.

Amazing!

Hosted a bachlorette weekend here and it was incredible! So much room to spread out and enjoy each other. We had dinner in on night and the kitchen accommodations were perfect. We did yoga on the balcony with the quiet a breeze through all the trees and fields on the property. Very retreat feel! Highly recommend

Worst rental

Filthy; a bug was crawling in my sheets, only plastic glasses that are foggy and melted/mis-shaped from the dishwasher. Towels are cheap and thin. only 1/4 size top oven works and a label asks not to use the bottom oven the management company knows this and does not intend to fix it. Pool isnt heated and filthy. Pictures look good, but it’s all old (70's) and cheap inside. You can never get in touch with the owner; it is a third party out of state. They are useless.

We rented the house with family to celebrate my son turning one and really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need and the pool was well maintained and really large. The bbq could use a really good clean, but overall everything was great. I would definitely rent the property again!

Spacious house not maintained

Nice spacious house with a Jacuzzi and a pool which was not very well-maintained in several areas. We rented it for a graduation in which we were to cook for up to 12 people and the oven would not come to temperature. Additionally, the freezer was frozen shut and we could not use it. When attempting to open the freezer the handle actually came off. Once we realized the oven would not cook properly, we tried to grill but both propane tanks were empty. The comment back from the management company was that they were not required to supply propane even though it said so in the description. Also, the cabinet door that held the coffee cups came off one of the hinges, and created some more consternation. The bottom line is this was to be a happy event, and it turned out to be very frustrating and somewhat embarrassing situation, especially for the amount of money that we spent. To make the situation worse on the day of checkout, there was a scorpion in my aunts shoe which actually stung her on the day of her flight out. Luckily, there was no reaction and we made our way out. There were two scorpions in the house that morning and we do have a picture should someone like to see it. We had been speaking to the management company about all of these things the entire time and there was no sympathy on their part to do much of anything. Unfortunately I would not recommend staying here or using this management company for any properties. Very disappointed.

We booked this property back in October 2022. When we arrived, the house is in a gated neighborhood and we did have to unlock a gate to access the house; however, there were two gates on the property, one which was wide open for anybody to access at anytime. When we pulled into the driveway up to house, we immediately noticed 4 vehicles on the property; keep in mind check in started at 4 PM and we did not arrive until 7 PM so there was no reason for anybody to be at the property. Come to find out there is a studio on the other side of the pool with young men in there and a dog smoking weed and playing band music. We entered the house with the code provided by property management and right inside the door was a dead cockroach that was obviously there for awhile as the blood that was smeared on the floor was dried up. Walking through the house, it was apparent the back door was unlocked for anybody to access, a used joint was found on the back patio along with other trash. The house was disgusting. Black chunks of hair everywhere, the sheets did not look like they had been washed, none of the dishes were clean, the countertops were sticky. We spent at max 30 minutes in the house half of which we were on the phone with Vacasa. We were told we would be refunded in full but have not seen a full refund at this point in time. VRBO itself basically told us to kick sand and deal with the condition of the property.

Group Trip to Austin

We had a small group of us stay here for our first trip to Austin. It was a beautiful large property and we all really enjoyed our stay. The pool was incredible. Only thing I wish we could’ve had was some suggestions of things to do in the area. There was no information provided at the property on what needed to be done when checking out like I have experienced at other properties and communication was slow, if we ever ended up getting a response. But all in all, we had a terrific time and would definitely stay here again.
