House was everything we needed for our trip and the view was incredible. We had a great experience and everything went well! Location can't be better with the store and local nightlife nearby. Enough space for everyone.And the Host went above and beyond. Don't hesitate to book this VRBO for your next trip in Lago Vista.

I would love to rate this property higher. The house is BEAUTIFUL, clean and well kept. However, has significant issues. Our main search was Jacuzzi Tub. And there was no hot water to the upstairs Master shower or tub. We contacted the host first thing in the morning and he arrived with a plumber. We had a very tight schedule, and they were working in our bathroom, which was already an inconvenience. The solution was to do more work in our bathroom, which would mean turning off the water to the entire house. If the fix did not work, the water could be shut off for the remainder of our stay. Not a solution since we had 7 people there in the process of getting ready for a wedding. We asked them to wait because we were already late due to the plumber being there. We were told maybe everyone shouldn't shower at the same time. This huge house only has a 40gal water tank for 3 full bathrooms, and a house capacity of 12. Along with this, we initially reserved this house for 10 people, and it was only set up for 6. 6 towels, we contacted the host and he gave us the code to get more. 6 plates/bowls, 6 forks/spoons, and 0 table knives, 2 chef knives (plastic utensils were there). One of the downstairs beds was broken, and the mattress frequently fell off. The front door code is tricky, and always took several tries to unlock.The owner's apparent disregard for our time and space during our stay left us frustrated and without any viable options.
