Our original destination was Galveston, Texas. A hurricane came through and we could not stay there. We changed our route and headed to Austin. We were able to stay at this beautiful home which is not far from the city. Very comfortable stay. They were very accommodating due to out circumstances. Loved the home!
This home was absolutely PERFECT! From the minute you step on the front stairs to the rooftop deck was exactly as described! All the bedrooms were big and the beds so comfy! Bathrooms were large and showers were ideal. The icing on the cake is the outdoor spaces. Our personal favorite was the rooftop deck with its stunning downtown Austin views. We started the day there with a cup of tea/coffee and the birds, ended the day with outrageous sunsets! Hands down I highly recommend everyone to stay here!
The house is so hip and clean. I love it. The beds are cozy. The porches are awesome, especially the screened in one and the rooftop one. The house had everything we needed, except a full length mirror for all the girls to get dressed. The host was so nice and accommodating. The location was so great, and I felt safe. Thank you for sharing the house with us.
This property fit our family perfectly. It was clean and accommodated all of our needs. Beautiful views of downtown Austin from the roof top patio. I would highly recommend this property.
Everything was great - comfortable, clean and well equipped house, good communications with property management company and fun neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the view of the sunset from the rooftop patio! Definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.
Came for the F1 race and exploring of Austin with some friends . Place was well equipped and comfortable. Wish we stayed longer and could have enjoyed the roof deck one night⊠grateful for the AC as it was steamy when we were there!
The property was modern with stainless appliances and a roomy kitchen. There was plenty of storage. The beds were very comfortable. Two of the bedrooms had clothing racks instead of closet, but that was fine. Water pressure was very good and hot water plentiful. There are two air conditioners and plenty of cool air.
The rooftop decks were a plus. There is a view of downtown Austin.
Streaming on the tv was a little slow, but the internet seemed fine.
The neighborhood is gentrifying. We easily walked to nearby coffee shops and to bars on E. Sixth Street.
All-in-all it was a lovely stay. I would recommend this house.
The house is in a super convenient location and is stocked with everything you need. The beds, linens and showers were great. The outdoor spaces and back porch looked amazing if only the weather cooperated!
We stayed here with two other couples on a quick weekend trip to Austin. Super easy check-in and check-out. The house was clean and the listing was accurate. We really liked the minimalist yet comfortable aesthetic. Would have loved to be able to use the screened in porch and the roof-top deck, but it was way too hot during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
Fantastic property, perfect location, super responsive management
The pictures of the property are wonderful though the house is even better in person. It was impeccably cleaned. It had everything we needed - including very nice toiletries in each bathroom. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows and nice linens (in the bathrooms as well). The porches and decks are great and the view of downtown is stunning. The management company is very responsive.
We stayed for four nights and it wasnât long enough. Weâre looking so forward to going back.
We have stayed in 5 vrbo over the past couple of years and this was an exceptional experience we loved the covered screen porch to enjoy coffee in the morning and the balcony in the evening to see down town!! 5 stars!

Great location, close to downtown and close to COTA
The house is really neat and has lots of space. The view on the roof deck is amazing.
This area is in the middle of gentrification so lots of older homes mixed with new construction. Communication with the property management company was good.
Overall, we enjoyed our short stay here.
My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. The House is really done nicely and so spacious for just us 2. Loved all the windows and the fact you can open them to let in some fresh air. Really appreciated that they did not have some kind of lights that stayed on all night outside, I hate that. Just had a serene feel to it. A lovely quiet neighborhood , easy biking distance to tons of stuff. Loved it.
Stayed with my partner and parents. I have a lot more good things to say than bad. Booking with VRBO was super easy but was surprised at all the steps outside of VRBO with the 3rd party company that owns the house. Check your email often or you might miss a form to sign that has a 24 hour time limit before you lose your reservation. You will need to send them a picture of your face and ID.
Pros:
Beautiful house, great neighborhood, can walk to good food, drink, and nature trails. Very clean, nice amenities, lots of natural light, and comfy beds. Decks/balconies are great places to sit in the sun and relax.
Kitchen is pretty much fully stocked with most anything you'd need to cook a meal.
There's a nice collection of board games.
Cons:
Check-in isn't until 4pm and check-out is at 10am, which not a lot of time.
You can call the property management to get some flexibility but will be charged a fee.
If you stay through Thursday evening/Friday morning you are required to take the garbage/compost/recycling to the street for trash day. I have no issues with taking out my own trash. But we checked in on a Thursday so we were responsible for taking out the previous tenant's garbage, despite there being a cleaning crew in that same day. (tried to check-in earlier than 4pm but were told we could not). Just an odd quirk to be aware of.
There is a drip coffee maker but no grinder, so pre-grind your beans.
Lot's of construction in this neighborhood right now and they start early.
We needed a hub for our family attending a wedding near downtown and this fit the bill perfectly. Modern, new, and clean, it was everything advertised and more.
We had a fun trip to Austin and this was a great place to stay. It has great outdoor spaces and lots of room inside. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms. My only critique is the entrance. It took quite some time to figure out how to work the door lock. The key spins around and around. Because it's also a combo lock, they should just use that and forget about the spinning key. They could also use some front porch lighting as we had to use the flashlight on our phone to unlock the finicky door at night. Also, many of the windows were unlocked when we arrived and there was a ladder against the house, which is creepy. Otherwise, once the front door was unlocked and the windows were locked, it was great!
