We had several ongoing problems with our rental, so we had to continually call you at Seven Sisters on Wednesday and Thursday until these items were resolved:1. We were given a contract with unit A on the contract, so we initially were given the wrong unit (the 4 bedroom); so once we got in, we had to move over to unit B (and nowhere on our contract did it say Unit B).2. The address on the front of the building (on Avila Drive) was incorrect and the address on the back was correct - so it appeared that there was no 2895 Avila Beach Drive (from the front it was only 2885 which wasn't our unit);3. The code on the doors didn't work and I had to sit on the phone in the dark with Terry from Seven Sisters while we tried all the codes. Also the door lock from the outside didn't lock very easily and was a struggle;4. All the smoke alarms were broken because Wed and Thursday, the alarms went off several times for no reason and very loudly throughout the house (I have video). The main smoke alarm near the entry area on the second floor had low batteries (and there were no replacement batteries in the house) so I had to call Terry again and Randy came out on Friday (and we left on Saturday) to replace the batteries so the beeping and alarms going off would stop. FYI we were kept up all night Thursday/Thanksgiving night (my mom who is 81 years old was sleeping right on that floor) due to this beeping;5. The ovens all are on timers and turn off regularly. So on Thanksgiving, our entire meal timing was ruined because the oven kept turning off (so the turkey and honey baked ham were delayed several hours). The oven has no "start" button so it's VERY hard to control the oven and get it to do what you need. This was HORRIBLE, especially on Thanksgiving!
