« This is a great little cabin!! Beautiful environment, nice deck by the water, plenty of places to sleep despite the small size of the cabin. It literally had everything we could have hoped for. Only issue we had was that there was no ladder to the top bunk of the bunk bed and well water smelled really bad like sulfur. We will definitely come back again. »

« My wife and I, children, and grandchildren had a great experience. The place is alive with wildlife! Saw mother deer with fawns, chipmunks, squirrels, & foxes in the yard. Spent time on the lake, and dined at great restaurants. Bristol mountain outdoor adventures has an awesome zip line course. »

« We liked this place so much we’ve already decided to come back. Gorgeous open space LR/DR/Kitchen with a wall of windows onto the lake. Nice deck, a little stretch of beach, and three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and its own bathroom. Kayaks in the garage, PennYan just minutes away (a cute town with lots to offer). The place has a cozy feel to it. It might be a bit noisy during the season, neighbors are quite close. »

It does have solar powered lights but they dont last forever so bring lanterns, There is no running water so plan for that, There was evidence of mice so if that creeps you out then dont rent. « We had a large group come and stay at this property for a family reunion over the spring break. The house is at the top of a mountain in the finger lakes areas. The views are great on a clear day. We stayed in April and the roads were clear, but if it is winter time it would be hard to summit the hills to get to the house. The road from Canandaigua on the east side of the lake is not bad, but the roads from Naples or Italy could be problematic if icy. The house is large and looks to be...

« We enjoyed our time at this clean and private home. It was equipped with all of the necessities for our family. Our kids loved swimming in the pool and playing the game of pool. We enjoyed hiking Watkins Glenn State Park and Grimes Creek, and absolutely fell in love with Monica’s grape pie. Our dog loved the huge private yard to play endless amount of fetch with his family. »
