„The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊“

„Balikpapan is a huge city and the staff at the hotel were so helpful in helping me organise my way to seeing things. They really do go out of their way! The hotel is on a busy street with places to eat but it also serves lovely food in the restaurant. The room was very spacious with lots of English speaking satellite channels.facilities such as a hairdryer are available on request. „The hotel is comfortable, the reception worked very professional and gave me an upgrade, so enjoyed the room until 11pm. Due to the club I could not sleep until 4am. You could feel the sound from basement. Very tired I couln't enjoy the very good breakfast. The spa is also very nice and the serious massage was nice in a realxing atmosphere.The hotel is connected with the shopping mall, so I enjoyed shopping and the way to the airport is only less than twenty minutes.
