Good beds, everything worked, nice view into a green courtyard, central location on the quiet Arno side. The only downside was the lack of a kettle and a towel to dry at least some dishes. We then bought towels.“

We were able to walk to excellent restaurants, see the sites, museums and it was an easy walk to the Arno River for sunset gatherings and to the train station. The only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars was the plumbing issue in the small bathroom with the room shower, the sewer smell outside the apartment, the beds, and the treacherous stairs leading to the Flat. „This place has lots of space, walkable to lots lof attractions, great food near by. Very clean. Our only concern was some furniture was not very good. Bed was very noisy when moving, laundry machine didn't work and when my wife sat on a chair at the table the chair broke and she fell and hit her arm. Other then that our stay was amazing we really loved this place, it had great character. “

There aren’t many plug sockets in places where they could be needed. The biggest strong points were its cleanliness and its great location for many different things.
