« Very clnvenient for accessing all the major sites. Easily accessed from the train station. Rooms were spacious and emaculate. Richard and Jasmin were so welcoming and willing to help with any questions we had. Would highly recommend staying here. Richard even fixed the wheel of our suitcase! »

« The pension is conveniently located for exploration of the area by car. My room was clean and the property is well maintained. The reception desk representative is not present in the building. You have to communicate with them via SMS, email, WhatsApp. This involves check in and check out. « Loved this cute inn, in the heart of Hallstatt. I thought not having a private bathroom was going to be an issue but it was not. There are two showers and WC’s and we’re available when we needed them. Staff was super friendly and offered to help with our luggage. « Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was a misunderstanding regarding the parking arrangement, and when we tried to clarify and even compromise, the staff member at the reception (an older male) became very rude and aggressive. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he insulted us, mocked our English, and even threatened to remove us from the hotel. We found his behavior completely unacceptable and felt unsafe.
