„Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described. Property was clean on arrival. There were some minor maintenance tasks, all in hand, and did not detract from our enjoyment. Could do with some decoration refresh otherwise all very good. The pool was a focal point and this was kept highly clean and well maintained. Local beach was lovely. Arrive early if you want a sun bed. Local area all very nice. Plenty of car parking at the property and in local areas if driving. ...

„We were a family of 7 people, all over 50 years old. The only thing we can point out is that if someone has problems walking, there are several level differences in the house. The house is for 10 people but there were only 7 sun loungers, which we pointed out but we didn't get any extra. At the risk of being nitpicky, I just want to say everything else was perfect, we can really imagine coming back.“

„Very impressed with this property, although one of the bedrooms is downstairs which is not as described. Also, one of the smoke alarms was beeping constantly when we got there and as it was a bank holiday, we were told just to remove it! We went and bought another battery and fitted ourselves. Paid for the pool to be heated which was 200 per day which was expensive but worth it. Kept running out of hot water until we realised there were booster buttons and one of the toilets didnt flush ...

„Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Haus war frisch renoviert. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nur 5 Minuten zur Fuss bis an die kleine Bucht. Sehr für Schnorchel zu empfehlen. Wir kommen 2024 wieder.“

„After 2 first good days in the property, the problems started. The electricity went down every night, so we could not use the AC. It was impossible to sleep. When we asked for help from the house manager, she came once and we then have to assist every maintenance people who didn't fix anything. We also identified dead cockroaches in the bedroom. After all of this, we asked for a compensation for this disaster and the house manager told us to leave the house. Hope this house will be closed ...

The location is amazing, 5 mins walk to the beach and 5mins to the avenue with all the restaurants. „Brilliant stay, the villa was amazing, so clean and spacious for 8 of us. The welcome basket was a lovely gesture. The villa is a couple of minutes from a smaller beach but it had a great little beach restaurant with entertainment in the evening. Shops, restaurants and a couple of bars within 5mins walk and another 5/10mins drive is protaras main strip and beach. There is something to do for everyone and all ages. We will definitely book again. Lovely holiday had by all.“
