„Very impressed with this property, although one of the bedrooms is downstairs which is not as described. Also, one of the smoke alarms was beeping constantly when we got there and as it was a bank holiday, we were told just to remove it! We went and bought another battery and fitted ourselves. Paid for the pool to be heated which was 200 per day which was expensive but worth it. Kept running out of hot water until we realised there were booster buttons and one of the toilets didnt flush ...

„Nice property with fabulous outside area and pool. Ideal for out door living and entertaing. Everything you require for a holiday in the sun was on tap at the villa. For a change of scenery the beach and numerous bars and restuarants of Kapparis were a five minute stroll away.“

„The property was a 10 minute walk from a small town area but definitely not the most touristy area. There were supermarkets and restaurants and we had some excellent meals out. The beaches nearby were small and incredibly busy from very early so we went further afield. Ayia Napa was only a 20 minute drive with fabulous beaches,shopping, restaurants and a water park. We had some issues with the water supply in the villa which were frustrating and the outside area was quite small but it was clean ...

„Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Haus war frisch renoviert. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nur 5 Minuten zur Fuss bis an die kleine Bucht. Sehr für Schnorchel zu empfehlen. Wir kommen 2024 wieder.“

„After 2 first good days in the property, the problems started. The electricity went down every night, so we could not use the AC. It was impossible to sleep. When we asked for help from the house manager, she came once and we then have to assist every maintenance people who didn't fix anything. We also identified dead cockroaches in the bedroom. After all of this, we asked for a compensation for this disaster and the house manager told us to leave the house. Hope this house will be closed ...
