« Given the reviews of the BenMas, I expected something better. The rooms were quite small and very warm without a fan. Many of the outlets didn't work. The food was fair, but limited and the dining room & linens rather run down. Overall, the staff did not seem to be able to solve problems or provide solutions without being pressured to do so (not at all my experience in other Ethiopian hotels). The BenMas is affordable, but I will look for other hotel options the next time I'm in BD »

« Les + La situation géographique, au bord du lac, pas très loin de l’aéroport. Les - La wifi inexistante dans les chambres, l’eau chaude arrive quand elle le souhaite, chauffage ou clim ne fonctionne pas, les lumières allumées ne servent à rien. Aucune insonorisation, on entend tout, la route, les prêtres toute la nuit qui chantent.... Pour le prix payé dans le pays je trouve cela très très cher, il y’a bien mieux pour moins cher pas très loin.... »

« I had a terrible experience at Grand Resort and SPA on 15 December, 2018. We booked a twin room online using hotels.com. When we arrived at the hotel the twin beds have very hard mattress. We asked for soft mattress but they didn't have one. Instead they gave us a room with King size bed. But we needed two beds and asked for an extra bed. « Certes un joli parc à l'écart de la ville mais chambre decevante, vieillote, sombre et mal éclairée ; personnel peu efficace, notamment à la réception, et à l'anglais très médiocre. Prix demandé par hotel.com (90€) beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité et beaucoup plus élevé que le prix pratiqué directement par l'hotel (80 $) !! Une grosse déception. »
