« We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! »

« Studio aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Vraiment très beau !!! Bien situé mais interdit de se garer dans la rue. Parking public très proche (à prévoir dans le budget). Bien propre mais les poussières n’avaient pas été faite partout. Pas très bonne isolation thermique et acoustique ; beaucoup de bruits avec les résidents du dessus (et pourtant nous sommes habitués à vivre en immeuble) 3eme étage sans ascenseur (pas gênant pour nous) et porte d’entrée pas super (pas isolée et légère) »

« Instructions for exact location were ambiguous. We arrived looking for the exact address and it took a few minutes to find the right door. There are several businesses at the same address and so there was some cony. This could have been pointed out to avoid such an issue . The apartment was large, spacious and clean. The heating system was not able to be controlled so the entire two days, we were too warm and so uncomfortable. For the washed clothes, it was advantageous. The tv did not work...
